In this case, the activation issue related to a duplicate code being generated, which we understand would have prevented successful use. Once this was identified, the order was cancelled and a full refund was processed.
We understand how frustrating delays or activation issues can be, especially with digital products where security and validation processes are important. While these situations are rare, they can occur and are handled as quickly as possible once reported.

They mislead customers (at least from Europe), by showing in Google prices in EUR, after which stated that taxes are included on the product page, and only after payment it turns out that Taxes account for 0€.

Our website may display prices in local currencies depending on the region or browser settings, however all pricing, tax settings, and applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed. In some regions, taxes are not collected at point of sale and may instead be handled by the customer’s local import authority upon arrival.

Worst communication I’ve ever…
Worst communication I’ve ever experienced with a company. Their customer service is well below average. Would I buy from them again? Probably not. They may offer some decent products, but it means nothing if you can’t get a hold of anyone. No replies, no call back anfter multiple times trying to call and emails- even after they sent the wrong product. Still no response, no support, nothing. Very disappointing.

MODE did the unlock and posted it back the day it arrived. Impressive.
The next week I purchased Bootmod3 software, also processed same day.
Works well.
