Do not buy from these people. The products are inferior and not true to size when buying footwear. They have several sizing charts to suit their situation so they think they don't have to refund. Go elsewhere. Fraudulent

WISH I HAD READ THIS COMPANYS REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. Fully agree with everything the negative comments are suggesting. Ordered 2 steel chopping boards which look and are priced at those of decent quality but upon arrival they are very thing and roughly cut (feel as if they have just come straight of a grinder) not safe and not at all as the picture described. Asked to return the boards and a full refund but like everyone else only been offered a partial refund or a credit note. I will be taking this further with the ACCC and disputing with my bank. SCAM of a company, stay away.

Scam company with terrible customer service. What you see is not what you get! The 30 day refund was not honoured eithe!. I was offer vouchers to spend with their company, which of course I was not interested in. Waste of money!

This company is amazing because of its affordability. Finding good quality products that are affordable is hard to find but Modern Aussies is perfect. They’re also super fast with orders. Highly recommend!!

My last shopping encounter with this company was good! I got my shopping efficiently and online shopping was much more effective than going into a physical shopping centre.

I was looking for shoes that were lightweight, comfy and quick drying when wet for travel purposes.This lead me to modern Aussies and their barefoot shoes.My first purchase was the nonslip barefoot shoes for healthy feet for myself and the unisex barefoot shoes with nonslip & quick drying material for my husband.The first time I wore the shoes was for all day outdoor work.....my flat feet ( which normally wear arch support shoes) LOVED the shoes, and my husbands bunions also loved his shoes.I then purchased the other pair for myself and a second pair for my husband.I have since recommended to family and friends.

I ordered 2 pairs cushy slip on women’s shoes.
One brown one called red wine.
The red wine colour is more like fire engine red not like the picture at all.
They are very light and comfortable to wear all day.

I'm reposting an old review about this company. They've repeatedly contacted me, promising to refund my payment for a delivered product if I delete my factual reviews. Yet again, they failed to follow through—never providing the promised refund—which perfectly illustrates why I gave them the negative review in the first place. This company cannot be trusted.

Fraudulent Online Store: Misleading Delivery Times and Dropshipping Scam Warning – Please DO NOT BUY from this company—it's a complete scam! While they claim to be an Australian company, their products are shipped from China, appearing to be a cheap dropshipping operation. I purchased a mini Nintendo console believing the delivery time would be 5-10 calendar days. However, after almost two weeks, my product hasn't even been shipped. I've contacted the company multiple times and received outrageous responses. They claim the delivery times are 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS from the shipping date and not 5-10 days as it says in their website, but this information is nowhere on their website. They mislead customers with false promises of fast delivery, and their website never mentions "business" or "working" days. When I requested order cancellation and a refund, their responses were absurd. First, they briefly apologized, falsely claiming I misunderstood their business day shipping policy. Then they offered a $20 AUD voucher for future purchases instead of a refund. In their latest email, they still refused cancellation and reduced their offer to just $10 AUD off a future purchase. I've filed a complaint with the ACCC and initiated a dispute through my bank. This website and business are completely fraudulent. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Also their 5 stars reviews in their website are clearly just fake!!!

Comfy sandals with nice fit … couldn’t buy anything locally so to order on line was the only option … happy with my purchase and support team always got back to me with

the add stated they were orthopedic shoes they are just standard runners that you can buy in k mart for $25, dont waste ya money, i tried to leave a review on there website but they give you no option to do it , makes me wonder if the review's that they have posted on there website are false on the website

Great customer service! I recently purchased the Universal Car Screen and rear view camera but on opening it, the camera was missing. I contacted Modern Aussies and received a reply promptly, along with them agreeing to send the missing camera. This exceeded my expectations because they didn't hesitate to correct the issue.

Terrible product and service, don't waste your money. I ordered the 3-in-1 wireless turf trimmer. Delivery came with no assembly guidance. I emailed the support team, with multiple prompts for a response, taking over a week to receive any guidance on assembling the trimmer. When i did receive a response it was a generic video in which assembling with bare hands for certain screws did not keep the cutter on properly, feeling unsafe when attempting to use (turned the trimmer on for 30 seconds for the blade to fall off).
Bottom line, over a month later, there is a lack of care and time regarding responding to any help and support. The product is very flimsy and feels faulty.
No support with refunding or returning also (lacking responses in regards to the 30 day return policy too).

Again the promise to refund my $49 bucks if I remove the post. After reading another review of another customer chairing their refund I won’t be removing this post.

Let it cost me 49 dollars so that everyone knows that the products being delivered are not fit for purpose. And. It would seem that is across a multiple products not just the cargo pants.

@modernaussies please refund the money first. Once I see the money in my account I’ll consider removing this review.

UPDATE !! If I remove this review they will refund my money. Funny that.

A) ordered tactical cargo pants. I’m a size 34 ordered a large size and a size 30 arrived, couldn't even fit over hips.

1) order took 2 months to arrive
2) Cost 49.95
3) customer service responsive can’t fault that however the returning of this item will cost $25 dollars standard shipping to China, btw I’m in Sydney Australia. Or $40 dollars express shipping.

4) No refund offered initially only $50 dollar store credit! Now since the review a $49 refund has been offered. Thank you.

5) so these cargo tactical waterproof pants would have costed me 75 dollars by the time a refund was offered.

6) quality is very substandard button holes don’t fit buttons material is non breathable minor stretch band in waist seam. Just lard.

Do yourself a favor and head down to local army disposal store and get yourself a set of roughhousing cargos much easier
