Absolutely unacceptable customer service offered $15 refund on a $55 item. Alternatively, a $30 credit which of course wasn't wanted once I saw the quality of their product. Don't bother with these guys and learn your lesson... stick to a reputable company

Outstanding customer service
Staff were exceptional about a minor problem and kept me updated at all times in rectifying the issue. Grand daughter loved Stitch and would not hesitate in dealing with this company. Customer Service was outstanding.

I ordered a product from modern Aussie on the 10th may they couldnt supply me with a tracking number or delivery date then I get an email saying tracking through aramex they apparently have had my parcel on board for delivery 2 days now I think I've done my money scam

Have been waiting 2 weeks for my parcel then got an email yesterday from them saying my parcel hasn’t arrived after been shipped. What a joke this company is. My advice is to stay clear of them.

Ruined Mothers Day
Boxing kit ordered as mothers day gift - quality is absolutely terrible - feels like it would break on first punch. Contacted customer service for a refund and only offered a credit for a future order saying that it isn't refundable even though there is a massive 30 day money back guarantee on the item.
Don't buy from here - it is a scam!

Just another illegal merchant in breach of Australian consumer law. They don't actually honour their 30-day guarantee and just waste your time. If you read their refund policy, it doesn't actually offer any promises.
Sure, you'll probably get your item but you have absolutely no guarantees around quality or compliance with Australian safety regulations.

I purchased a game machine and within a week and a half it was on my doorstep. The product description was spot in matching exactly what I was hoping for. The game console itself has all the classics I grew up with and very easy to play and run (including setting up extra credits on games). Absolutely great value for money.

Just purchase a pair of sport sunglasses from Modern Aussie i would recommend. They are very clear its like you haven't got any on. But at the same time you don't get any glare from the sun which means your protected.

I recently ordered cracked glass solar lights. While I received the ones that sit in the ground rather than the ones that hang upside, the quality was fantastic. I wrote to them with photos of what I received compared to what I ordered and within a couple of hours they had replied and arranged a replacement. I would still order through them again.
