I purchased a gaming device from Modern Aussies that was faulty from the start. After weeks of back-and-forth communication, they confirmed in writing that they would issue a refund but never followed through. Now, they are completely ignoring all my follow-up messages.

Update - they have now followed through with the refund. Have changed the review from a 1 star to a 3 star as it was still a faulty item and refund took too long to process.

I am so happy with my shaver. It works so well. Takes the hair off so easily. No rashes or lumps or bumps. Safe to use . The Web page was easy to use. Came quickly in the post. Best shaver I have ever used. I highly recommend.

FRAUD - STAY AWAY!!!
Ordered my items over 1 month ago and everytime I enquire about it they come back with, its the couriers fault and the package has gone missing. I have been promised twice now that they will send another package and investigate independently and nothing happens. I have now informed them that I will lodge a claim with the ACCC and notify my bank of consumer fraud. Buyer beware!

Not only a brilliant item but fast postage and splendid communication. What more could one wish for !

I've ordered those game boys through your service/ afterpay unlike ordering on ebay I have no tracking number or sufficient information to track the item on the 19/9 and just starting to get worried my orders is going to be stuck in postal limbo?

Honestly best thing I've bought in a while! It brings back so much childhood memories and just absolutely love this handheld console in general. Shipping was excellent as well! Only took a week from order to my doorstep.

Do not buy from them, they are not Australian based. I did not do my own due diligence and for something I thought would take 3-5 business days is taking over 2 and half weeks. If I get it at all. Very disappointed in myself for buying from this company. They should make it known that they do not hold stock in Australia at all!!!!

I was sceptical at first and from ordering..but decided to give it a go. We bought the mini hand held gaming console (like a mini gameboy) and it is fantastic! Exactly like advertised and arrived in just over a week.

I ordered the hand held vac. It is useless. Does not pick up anything. Contact with the company has been problematic. Have phoned and phoned. Once I got an answer from an overseas call centre. Totally unhelpful. Email response said thanks for your email. That's it.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT AUSTRALIAN. SCAM
SCAM. SCAM.

Has a great experience with these legends. I emailed to ask them where my product was as it was a bit late and they got back to me promplty and a little added gift as well.

I purchased a product advertised as being a sleeping aid/companion for my baby. It took longer than expected to ship and when I received the item it was not as advertised. This site uses photos and videos of reputable brands but sends out poor quality, knock-off versions.

This product is not safe for me to leave with my child for its intended purpose, and there are several problems with this product that would have stopped me from buying the product had I known about them before hand including:
- the level of noise from the motor
- the battery pack being easily accessible by a baby
- the light does not fade in and out as the video on the website shows, it is solid on one setting only
- the quality level is not the same as the one pictured on the site, they are clearly different products when compared side by side (the one on the site has tags in different places, the materials look different, the one pictured is taller and has a different shell shape too.)

I have been in contact with the company requesting a refund since the 10th of August. They advised me on the 26th that they would process the refund, however, today they have reneged on this and have told me I’m not entitled to a refund.

Do not purchase from this company. They are a waste of money and have poor customer service which is NOT 24/7 as their site claims

Company name is misleading. Brought a compact iron which was shipped from China taking over 10days..Won't purchase from them again.

Seems to running OK battery life's not the best, and the gta vice land is only a little demo version I beleave...

This company is a joke! I bought what I thought was a broom to scrub floor with. It's nothing but a cheap nasty window cleaner. I'm so sorry I spent $40.00 on something you could buy in a $2.00 dollar shop. I will never ever purchase from this rip-off company again again.

I bought my grandson the breathing otter recently worked perfectly for the first night. Then it wouldn’t breath. I let Modern Aussies know and they were fantastic with helpful instructions. All working again my grandson loves it. Thank you Modern Aussies

This travel bag is the best item I bought for my trip. Big enough for everything but small enough to carry every day. The pockets kept everything organised and I never had to worry about losing where anything was. Well made and sturdy. Love it.

I ordered 2 lipsticks. They are as described, good quality and arrived within a week.

Received my retro hand held gaming console a few days ago and my son absolutely loved it. So easy to set up and there are so many games. Highly recommend thanks so much😊
