Modern Lighting Solutions Opiniões

I contacted Modern Lighting solutions to replace some 12v suspended lamps which we had inherited when moving house. I telephoned them as a first time customer knowing nothing about this type of lighting. The person I spoke to gave me fantastic advice and we purchased new lamps. The lamps came the following day all the way to Cornwall. I then lost a clip and they sent me a new one straight away. This a genuine review and can honestly say this is a superb company.

I couldn't have had more help from any company - many thanks

Excellent communication and timely delivery. Thank you for the service. If your store could provide international shipping, would be very helpful.

Parts arrived and fitted nicely. Customer service sorted me out on what I needed. It would be good to leave detailed instructions on what is needed for LED replacement of halogens with additional transformer.

We have been working with Iain for almost a year now and his service is alwyas to the highest standard. He will always go above and beyond to meet your needs and to find a product that suits your requirements.

I can't recommend Modern Lighting Solutions enough.

It was a very good product!

I was very satisfied with the quality, price and delivery of the items purchased from the company.

Good service and good comms, will definitely use again

Used them for the first time twice in a couple of weeks and received my orders on time and in excellent, well packaged condition. Recommended.

Very good retailer, I placed an order for additional lamps for a track system and within 5 minutes they called and asked me if I knew I needed a track to go with the lamps, very thoughtful and impressive.
Perhaps they could make it clearer if lamps come with bulbs or not, but that's a minor quibble.

Super product and great customer service.

Thoroughly recommended.

Knowledgeable, helpful and prompt service and good product range.

Recommended.

Thanks !

Excellent advise before purchase, very efficient delivery and great technical support before installation. Oh and the product is also great !

Rang them and described what I was trying to do with a 12v cable lighting solution for a kitchen. Talked thru the whole process and was made to feel at easy with process and what I was ordering.

Arrived day after ordered.

Fitted and now very happy with what I ordered.

All my items arrived on time in perfect condition and the quality of the lighting is very good, excellent to be precise I used to work in retail fitout and this is top quality kit
Thanks

As a domestic customer I was not sure what to expect - however I found my enquiry was treated as important and given the necessary advice I required for a suspended wire installation. I received my orders quickly (some spots as well) the packaging ensured everything arrived in perfect condition.

I had a wonderful customer care service, thanks to Mr. Ian Kershaw who looked after me .
Firstly , he contacted me directly, when I wasn't able to make a payment for my online order, as the credit card payment section was out of order.
He took my details and promptly sent me my goods.
Then, I realised that the product I had paid for was unsuitable and he guided me on how to reorder and return the product without delay.
I am really very impressed with this transaction and how Lighting Solutions have treated me.
I also live in the Republic of Ireland which further complicated the situation, but everything was resolved professionally and with care.
I cannot commend Mr Kershaw enough.
Excellent service.

Bought 12v lights from Ikea and cable snapped. Tried all local shops and was quoted silly and expensive prices and with shocking delivery times and costs.
I found these guys on Google and made the call. A quick and effortless transaction. I will use always and recommend to everyone.
My lighting is back up and running thanks to Modern Lighting Solutions.

Iain has given me a first class service and I will definitely buy from him again.
