The table and chairs and coffee table and side table is beautiful and brilliant quality very easy to make up have had loads of comments from family and friends. Delivery was stress free kept in touch with a 2 hour delivery slot would definitely use this company again .

Really pleased with the garden…
Really pleased with the garden furniture, well packed and looks exactly like what we had ordered on line. An email was sent to us regarding the delivery date, and someone had to be in to sign for the furniture. Then the day before the delivery, they emailed to change the day. Very awkward if you are working. Then they delivered 2 hours before the given times. Just be aware that they may change the delivery day right up to the day before.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Modish Furnishing and wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received.
The team member I dealt with was incredibly patient, helpful, and thorough in explaining everything clearly. They took the time to break down all the details of my exchange, made sure I understood the pricing, and handled my queries with professionalism and kindness throughout.
Even though I wasn’t fully happy with the choice I initially made with my order, I really appreciated being able to easily rectify the situation and replace it with another item from the website. The exchange process was handled smoothly, which made a big difference.

Excellent service and quality products
Excellent service. I requested a fabric sample first to check the colour and it was sent super quick. All correspondence was answered immediately. I had a minor problem and needed a replacement part and it was sorted within 24hrs. The chairs and barstools are really nice and good quality.

From ordering on a Wednesday and expecting a long lead time, sent an email to ask that they let me know when it would be delivered and delivery was 2 days later, to the lovely delivery guy who put it in the garden to make it easier for me, I cannot fault this company. Excellent service.

Great Customer Service
We’re really pleased with our bar stools from Modish Furniture. The quality, finish and comfort of the stools are second to none and they look fantastic in our kitchen.
We did need to exchange the original stools we ordered, but the whole process was made incredibly easy by the team. Communication was great throughout and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.
