AVOID AVOID Dreadful company, my partner bought a dress , completely wrong size arrived but they insisted on returning it to China at her expense. Slow communication, in the end out if frustration I accepted a 25 % refund and threw the rag in the bin..still no refund though..AVOID AVOID

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Received a blazer that I ordered scrunched up in a tiny bag. Sizes are incorrect too. Ordered a 2XL and didn't fit my 'M' friend. Way too small. Had to wait a very long time before receiving the jacket too which I was hoping to where to the races.
This companies stock is all fake…
This companies stock is all fake Chinese rubbish. Literally trying to pass off Hugo loafers as real when you can clearly see they’re some Chinese made crap that probably cost all of £2 to make.
The loafers have absolutely no tags/markings on them. They came wrapped in a plastic bag.
The company’s refusal to send a shipping label when it’s clearly written in their own T&C’s is a joke.
I’ve had to contact my bank for a chargeback.
If you have any sense, you’d leave this company well alone

Poor quality,communication is very poor also.athe company is Uk based but delivery is from China,bear in mind if you want to return them must be done in China.Definitely I won’t shop again here.
Absolute shocking service
Absolute shocking service. I ordered a pair of loafers from the website on the 16th May.
There was no mention to say they were coming from China.
After 10 days, the shoes had only just left their facility in China, meaning I would not receive them in time for my holiday.
I have requested a refund. Will just wait and see what happens now.
On time delivery, all items received.
On time delivery. Everything was fine. Apart from one or two items everything was good quality.

NOT REFUNDING PAYMENT AFTER RECEIVING RETURNED ITEMS
Sizes were very inaccurate, I requested a return and refund and the company approved this. I have sent the items back the company have confirmed via email they have received the returns and will process the return. However 1 month later no refund had been received at all no responses to my emails or messages. Refund was issued finally after several attempts to contact and leaving a review on here, which solves my issue however will not be shopping here again due to the poor customer service, the refund should have been issues straight away on receiving returns not 4 weeks later.

Postage Not Refunded
I ordered a dress which was not suitable and was returned. The website says that you must inform Modora about the proposed return, which I did. I was then told to use the returns label in the parcel so was not sure of the point of notifying them.
The refund has been processed but without the incoming postage costs which are required to be refunded if the whole order is returned within 14 days. This is prescribed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and cannot be replaced by a company's terms and conditions.
Not a happy first time customer experience.

Molars,I ordered something 2 months ago. Will not answer emails. Wrong tracking number.Will not refund my money.I have to wait for the delivery first.On they website the package has been delivered. But no one will contact me email or call
