I ordered some ugg boots in January it's now nearly March and I still haven't received them i have tried to email but it says no longer a available to message I think.ive been scammed

Order

I ordered on January 10th and we are now February the 14th and I still haven’t received anything. I did email and they did respond saying that the product is back ordered. Told them that I should give a compensation for having to wait. They did send me 10% although will not refund the entire product because I need to receive the item to be able to get reimbursed which makes no sense. Still waiting …

SCAMMERS, DONOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Abayas have still not arrived I ordered them well in advance!!!

Who’s running this place, you need to prioritise customers who are willing to choose your company over others!!!

Absolutely disgraceful service from this company, could have chose any other company to buy my abayas from, this company has seriously let me down!!!

I needed these Abayas for tomorrow, i have nothing else to wear!!!!

NEVER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Paid for two, only one dress delivered

I ordered two dresses and paid for them. Received an email from Modora about one dress from my order is out of stock. I asked to continue with one and get refunded for the one that is out of stock. Yesterday I received my parcel, only one dress delivered, with a receipt of two dresses including the one that was said out of stock. I emailed back and asked what is going on because I received no refund and no dress. No email received yet. Please can someone help. There is no phone number to call only email address.

Don’t buy them

Don’t buy them, they are terrible. Total waste of money and no returns policy for Ireland. Penny's / Primark bras are far better (& cheaper).

Never received my order so £69 coat money wasted. No replies to e.mail, no phone number and even tried messenger but no replies ever. What a disgusting company, buyer beware, avoid at all costs it’s a scam

I placed my order on Friday 13th September (I should have known!). Still no update or response to any of my messages or emails. No idea if my item will ever arrive.
Terrible customer service. About to start a complaint if they continue to fail to respond!
