TMB Did get back to me and were kind enough to replace the entire bottle and my experience with the customer service did turn around so that’s a positive. I wanted to wait a while to see how the bottles held up and have been using them daily. Unfortunately I dropped it for the first time today onto tarmac and the glass interior smashed along with a crack on the lid. Another bottle broken. It’s ashame because the concept of this bottle is fantastic and the modularity of it works great. Unfortunately it just seems too fragile in my experience.

received this bottle around 3 months ago and have used it frequently since.
Initial build quality appeared strong but it quickly became apparent that this wasn't the case. After about a week the text had rubbed off to top section of the bottle and after around 2 months, 2 cracks had formed in the lid section (Grey Piece). Although the bottle still holds together the cracks keep getting larger. Looks wise I do think its the best looking bottle I have but practicality isn't as advertised. I still need to have a thermal bottle as this has zero ability to keep drinks warm for longer.
I reached out to TMB before leaving this review to see if they could help by sending out a replacement component.
I was told they do not supply single components, which seems backwards for a modular system.... so they offered to send a replacement bottle if I paid for shipping. I paid for shipping and after dozens of emails chasing them for tracking information I started to get ignored and never received the replacement. I had to go through PayPal to get the shipping cost back. I first emailed around 6 weeks ago.
What started out as a happy purchase turned into a big waste of money. That being said I would buy another, if I hadn't had the issue with the cracks and customer service I would have left a positive review.

Absolutely love my bottles - got one in blue and one in white - sturdy and ingenious design, everything fits perfect together. Think shipping takes longer because they are doing it themselves but customer support was kind to reply fast to all my messages.

It was quite a wait to receive my order. Though I did purchase aware that it was going to take some time. The first of my 2 bottles was shipped out sooner and I've been using it for about 6 months now and have had a chance to try all of the caps and accessories. It has performed great and met/surpassed most of my expectations.

As much as I appreciate the greater volume of the extension and tall bottle I do find the implementation not very secure at least in my bottle. The extension sleeve tends to unlatch fairly easily sometimes accidentally, allowing the glass bottle to come out of the plastic case.

Has this deterred me from using the bottle daily? Not at all. I have the spare glass bottle inserts that I'm able to swap out in a moment's notice and toss in the dishwasher which keeps everything nice and clean with no tastes being transferred from one beverage to another.

I just received the 2nd bottle (looking forward to testing how secure the extension is on this one) from my order along with a whole new 3rd bottle which TMB graciously offered to address a small flaw that presented itself in the collar that locks in the cap and bottle into the plastic case.

All of my communications to TMB were fairly quickly responded to and am happy that my small problem was quickly resolved.

It may take a while to receive your order depending on when you order, which colour you want and what region you're in but if you're alright with that it's a great bottle!

Love the concept and looking forward to a potential new innovative design and maybe more/bigger volume options.

Got mine earlier today, and I have to say the materials are top-notch. Made my tea with it immediately, and it performed flawlessly. No leaks or problems at all. The wait was worth it. I'm so impressed that I'm planning to get another one for my brother. The color selection is also great! Well done!

Got this through Kickstarter, shipping took longer than expected but it was totally worth the wait - i’ve never had so many people asking me about any accessory like they were asking about this bottle. Super cool - waiting for more add-ons to be released. One of the kickstarter success stories.

Just got my bottle and all of its accessories and I can’t tell you how excited I am with the product!The packaging , the quality , the matte finish, the diffuse lack of the transparent plastic.The strap is fantastic and comes in handy .This bottle is absolutely gorgeous and I plan to get one for everyone’s birthday in the future.

I’ve been using mine for about a month - love that the glass cleans perfectly in the dishwasher - never got so many compliments on a bottle 😂

This company is absolutely a scam. They raised money for this product on kickstarter and will not ship the item to backers unless asked with repeated follow ups.

Even though there are still many unfilled orders after 2 years, they are selling the product on amazon.

What I think is happening is that they took the money from backers with no intention of fulfilling them and just hoping that people forget. They will then fulfill the promise for people that make a big enough stink to try and avoid any additional problems.

In addition to that the product is horrible. Cheap plastic pieces, hard to clean, doesn't actually keep anything hot or cold and one of the glasses has already broken.

Initially I had been taken on a ridiculously long wild goose chase with this brand. From the moment I invested my hard earned money to the following YEARS of complaints and waiting I can finally say they have made good on their promise or I should say SOME of their promises. Upon getting my package, the product was unfortunately broken and after reaching out to them I was met with radio silence. For any customers dealing with a similar issue, I highly recommend reaching out to their team multiple times as that is what worked for me. After numerous emails they finally had the decency to make good on some of their promises. They had sent me a replacement bottle and a replacement 750ml glass inner which is what initially arrived broken. Their team aren't the best at communication but they finally made good on that end. As for their promise to reimburse me my 60% of my payment in lieu of the absolute headache in which I endured. I have yet to see any progress on that front. Who knows. At this point I'm glad I got the product I paid for and I must say, even though the quality could be a bit better, their design team absolutely knocked it out of the park with this. Hence, why I was so passionate about getting this product. It's one of the coolest water bottles I have ever seen and already I am being bombarded by questions from others when out and about with it. It looks like it would be right at home on a space station. Overall, I am now semi-pleased with this experience hence the 3/5 rating. If they only kept their promises to their customers in a timely fashion would rank them 5/5. It's worth stating that I had backed their couch console product as well and they also had similar issues with communication but ultimately delivered the product. In closing, is it worth the fuss? For me the amazing design was worth the trouble.
