Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the item was not the right fit for you.
We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when an item is no longer suitable. However, as explained in our correspondence, items must be returned with the original MOMINA tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or refund. This requirement is clearly stated in our Returns Policy and helps ensure returned garments remain suitable for resale.
We’re sorry we were unable to make an exception on this occasion, but we must apply our policy consistently and fairly to all customers.

Resposta da MOMINA - Designer Outfit Collection
Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the item you received differed from what was originally ordered and that the sizing was not as expected. We understand how disappointing that must have been. As soon as the issue was raised, we arranged a prepaid return label and issued a full refund at our expense to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the product image and sizing information, and we’ll review this internally to help prevent similar issues in future. We value every customer’s trust and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
