Monex Professional Service

I have been very happy with the service offered at Monex and how they have explained to me what the best value would be for my purchase.
I would recommend Monex to everyone I know.

My Monex representative is wonderful; however, Monex was forced to switch the depository that they use with Goldstar Trust, and they did not notify their customers. I had to ship my silver to another depository, costing over $4000, and it took over one month. During this delay, the price of gold that I was trying to buy with the sell of the silver, increased by about 5%.
Monex is great to work with, but their recommended company for handling IRA accounts, Goldstar Trust, is absolutely horrible.

I called your company because I bought from Apmex before I found your company. After I found your company I was comparing price and quality of product and learned you were cheaper and handle a higher quality product. I have not received my shipment yet, but I am expecting good quality. Service was excellent. Lee was helpful and professional.

Brandon Kennedy is my MONEX rep. I have purchased precious metals from MONEX dating back to 2013. I bought notable amounts pf Gold, Platinum & Sliver. I recently wanted to sell my Silver & Platinum. Brandon assisted me through the whole process. My results seriously pleased me. BTW I kept my Gold and plan to keep it. I am extremely pleased with Brandyn and MONEX. I have recommended both to other potential investors@
