Uneasiness about delivery
I gave it four stars instead of five because although the transaction by credit card was easy, it was costly. Also, I completed the transaction without an account and have been left with uncertainty and uneasiness about my delivery, not knowing whether it'll be shipped by USPS or UPS or some other carrier and having no confirmation of a shipment number as of yet.
