My subscription was on hold by agreement with this company. Suddenly I was charged again. It took me a while and lots of effort to get hold of them, but eventually I did and they refunded me immediately and stopped delivery. This was handled professionally in the end. I have suggested to them that they make their contact numbers available somewhere for people who are panicking like I did.!! I have yet to try the product but I hope to be able to do so soon.

I was having trouble sleeping and would always have racing thoughts when i laid my head down. I did not know how this would be resolved. I found Monoia, and from the first time i took it, i was able to fall asleep and it was such an amazing feeling. Thank you!

Lack of transparency on claims about the product. The current claim looks like that the product has been « clinically reviewed on Science Direct 2024 »
I could find no evidence of this.

The company have claimed that this claim relates to a specific ingredient which has been studied and there is some limited evidence that it might be effective and not harmful.

I changed my rating to 2/5 as I did actually get a response and it did point to some evidence. I do still find that putting « clinically reviewed science direct 2024 » is potentially misleading as it doesn’t clarify it not the specific product.

There are supplements with better research out there.

It looks like they made previous claims about being mentioned in a Forbes Health round up but were unable to substantiate that when challenged.

So it still looks like the latest in a long line of companies marketing sleep supplement products with limited or no evidence base.

5* customer service!!! Despite Australia post saying my product had been delivered - I never received it. I contacted Monoia support.They replied quickly and efficiently. Without going into boring details, they kindly, at no cost to me, sent out another parcel. I was updated constantly with delivery details etc. Their customer service was astounding. And true to their word, I have now received my order. I am excited to try it and if it is as good as their customer service, then I am in for the best sleep of my life!! Thank you so much Monoia.

Waste of money. No effect whatsoever.

I have literally tried 100’s of sleep supplements none of which work at all…Monoia to my surprise and delight actually works!! 😴 The more regularly you use this product the better it works! Yay!! Happy days and nights ❤️‍🔥

This is an absolutely outstanding product that works almost magically. It provides a deep and restorative sleep without ANY side effects. No drowsiness at all after waking up, and the standard dose works as well night after night; no need to increase the dose over time.

Additionally, I find that I don’t even need to take it just before bedtime. However, when I eventually get to bed I fall asleep easily and deeply. It acts a bit like a supercharged chamomile tea.

I cannot recommend it enough if you’re struggling with insomnia or poor-quality sleep.

I have tried many sleep aids and this is by far the best one. I take it about 30 min before bed and I sleep like a baby. Great customer service too!

I've been using this for 5 nights and haven't noticed any effects at all. I actually had better sleep the previous week. Good that the have the money back guarantee which I will activate. Very disappointing after all the hype. Not for everyone.

I took Monoia every night for a week and had no change in my sleep patterns. I would not recommend this product.
Dec. 12/25 - I received a reply from Monoia after my review and they offered to refund my money if I returned the product. I sent back the product and have received a full refund from the company.

I had been searching for months to find a natural non non-toxic sleep aid that actually works. I found an advertisement on Facebook about a new small company called Monoia which makes a sleep product that helps you stay asleep and wake up without feeling groggy and it's nonaddictive. The added bonus is there customer service is amazing, friendly and responds to every email quickly. I'm happy they are growing and and becoming more successful due to their product and yet they still remain honest and down to earth as they were in the beginning. I would highly recommend you give them a chance to remedy your sleep issues.

This is an amazing product. As an insomniac when I got it I wasn't expecting much, but wow was I wrong. The product was very soluble and easy to mix and had no taste. About 30 min later I was out, so much that I don't ever remember waking at my usual 3am wake up. I slept right through to 8am and hadn't had a night of sleep like that in a long time. I'm so thankful I was open minded enough to give this a shot. My oura ring was 30 min more REM and 45 min more deep sleep and that's been consistent since I have been taking it every night. If you have sleep issues just try this you'll be thankful.

Ordered from Australia, package was taking awhile in transit, was unsure if I was going to receive my parcel so reached out to customer support and Pam was very quick to reply and helped me out thoroughly. Gentle, deep sleep!!! No grogginess or feeling out of it. My kids use it too (older kids, half a serving) and they love it. Easy to mix, barely any taste. So happy I found this!! I've tried SO MANY THINGS and this product is truly wonderful.

Product works well but you need to give it a week or two to see full benefits. But their customer service is excellent!! I signed up for a subscription but needed to cancel the newest order because it was too soon and I still had product left. So, I reached out and they were able to cancel the order and reset my order times, which is almost impossible with most companies I've dealt with. Highly recommend!

This product did NOT work for me! It actually made me worse. I reached out to the company and we tried adjusting the dose but it still did not work.
I did end up sending it back and they refunded my money.
I thought the customer service was pretty good!
