Weak support and very very long time takes to to active your domain
I paid the money for my domain with crypto
And its more than 4 hours my domain status is "pending" and not regesterd at all because from any other providers i can take my domain right now and their live chat for support is not working at all dont use their service guys!

Upon careful review of your case, we found that your service was suspended on March 13, 2024, in accordance with MonoVM's terms and conditions. Our policy dictates that expired servers are automatically removed five days after the service due date has passed. Additionally, we proactively send payment reminders and informational emails within the specified timeframe to keep our clients informed about service and payment status at MonoVM.
You contacted us on March 16, and our experts promptly updated the ticket regarding server status and requested payment proof. However, unfortunately, you did not respond until March 19th, which was already six days after your server's suspension, resulting in its automatic termination.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this incident. To ensure a smoother experience with our services moving forward, we are dedicated to helping you find a solution through our ticket system. Please feel free to reach out to us via the ticket system for further assistance.

Technical support is working, refund is not
Right away after my dedicated server was set up it wasn't working. I've tried to fix something on my side, since freshly delivered service can't be broken right? Wrong, spend a lot of time to figure out what's wrong, at the end opened a ticket to Technical support.
They've said something was wrong with the server and said that they've fixed it. But it wasn't fixed, after few more days writing to the support issue was fixed. Then next day after simple Windows update RDP connection corrupted. I've asked support to help again, they've set me on hold for 3 days, then on the next day resolved the issue.
Overall I've spent around 10 days to fix service provider issues, simply wasted time. Then I've asked for a refund. They stated that service is working now and they can't refund it. But what about 10 wasted days?
I will tell you what about them. Nothing. No refunds.
UPDATE TO MY REVIEW
Service still broke. My dedicated server which was ordered for 3 month do not work at all, support may fix it, however next day server will goes down, I'm just tired to open support tickets every 2 days. Awful dedicated servers. Stay away from it.
My advice do not use this service or refund right away.
