Why I did not read the reviews before?
A couple of months ago, I ordered a dedicated server, I was given the wrong tariff, which was changed for 2 weeks.
The server lagged, and then stopped connecting.
I lost more than $ 500. Who will compensate me for this loss?

I paid for a shared hosting package: [Ticket ID: 376550] Payment Via Skrill
I paid for a shared hosting package. They claimed that they did not receive money, I contacted Skrill about the information and Skrill replied me that the payment went through to them successfully and that they cannot do anything to reverse it back. Monovm told me that they were investigating the issue for almost 3 days, and after that I not heard back from them till now. They are the worst I have ever come across. Now my money is lost without getting what I paid for.
