Don't pay monovm by credit card. I had a server through them, and when it came up for renewal I paid by credit card. Their credit card payments are processed through a company called IYZICO. They said I hadn't paid, and blocked my VPS. I sent them an extract from my bank statement. Then they said that's not enough, they want to know the card number, the "gateway" (whatever that means) and the transaction number. Short story, I'm still struggling with them to get my money back. Terrible customer service despite being more expensive than other VPS providers.

I used MonoVM's help to host my site on their servers. Access was given to me almost momentarily after the payment and I never met problems with their work or stability.

Bad service, poor support, exhausting refund.
Long story short, they refund full amount, but I was persistent (3 support tickets) and exhausted.
I ordered unlimited bandwidth, but after the order is competed, the server has limitation. The support said we don't have unlimited servers. Ok then, please refund. And they couldn't refund back to my card, but to the monovm "wallet". But I don't want anything else from them.
It's your responsibility to connect with Monovm.
Only if you 100% sure order at your discretion.

I was having trouble finding an honest and cost-effective hosting company for my business website, but fortunately found Monovm. Lol I just got scammed for 15$ when I tried buying a domain.... could’ve went with a trusted source and NOT THIS. Scammers.

SCAM! Money paid, they just keep on saying the money did not arrive. Very big scam

I ordered Vps from them using PayPal because I just don’t trust their other payment methods. After payment they say they didn’t receive any payment. But my payment was successful through Paypal. Sent them screenshots and all but they still insist they never receive any payment.

These guys are obviously scam and not who they portray themselves to be. Wish I read reviews before purchasing from them.
Do not pay them in any way you can’t recieve your money!
It is the same guys that are running Monovm that are also running Atom VPS!
Stay away from this scam site!

People who are planning to choice MONOVM company.

I bought a service from them, the first day they mailed me with the order confirmation. I tried to get access several times to what I paid for. They just keep asking the same questions rather than sorting the problem out (which explained with full detail what the problem was)

I asked them to change my service if the one that they can't provide or give my money back. They said they will sort the problem and will give the additional days for compensation for the delays. Which they haven't done any of them

Simply, get my money, and doesn't give any service. I do not recommend anyone to use their service. Just SCAM company!!!!

Had no expectations coming in but I was satisfied with the experience. Support was always prompt and reliable. Definitely got my money’s worth!
