The frame was damaged at first delivery but they handled it like pros. Sent a brand new toddlers frame without any issues. That kind of customer service really stands out.

Avoid this company. Terrible customer service. After 3 weeks of waiting for my order, they cancelled it advising that they ‘logistically’ cannot fulfil my order. I suspect fuel prices have affected shipping and now they don’t want to stand by their free shipping.

Good prices compared to other montessori shops i checked. And the toys actually feel durable, not flimsy.
