The customer service was second to none. I ordered gifts and needed them in a very short time scale with a specific badge. I needn't have worried. The order was sorted and processed by Susan and I received the order in time. I can't thank Susan enough as she was so helpful and delivered exactly what she said she would. Ordered several all in one 55ltr…
Ordered several all in one 55ltr rucksacks for holding our arborist equipment and was not disappointed. Bags are solid performers and are very strong which is ideal for our line of work.

I like the bag
I like the bag, but ive only been on 2 flights, where the bag has had to go into the hold. Its got some very small tears and shows signs of damage already.

Air travel can be tough on luggage, but small tears and visible wear so early on are disappointing to hear. Are you able to send us some photographs of the damage so we can assess if this is through a fault at our end? Thanks

Great quality bags, proper tough and well made gear. Bought 2 new here on this review but have another that is about 5 yr old used weekly travelling and no issues, bulletproof bags.
