I had a great customer service experience with Caitlin. I received a gift for mothers day from Morningsave from my dad. The products didn't work. Ordered a product , said could add on in one hour if ordering more. Called my daughter to ask if she wanted, she was in a meeting and called back as quickly as she could. It was 85 minutes later, not 60 even tho I tried! But they charged me the additional 9.99 shipping same product to same address , I asked for consideration for 25 minutes and the effort but nope . Plus quite rude

I recently received an order where the items were intended to be in various colors; however, due to a shipping error, I received two items of the same color. I ordered an electric ceramic pet feeder from Morning Save a week or so ago. It came promptly and my husband and I attempted to assemble it, but the parts did not fit as instructed. The filter was way too big to go into the plastic case in which it was to go. So I contacted Morning Save. Caitlyn helped me, asking me for a photo of all of the parts, which we sent, and soon I received notice that my money had been refunded. So, thanks to Caitlyn the issue was resolved. I am just sorry that the parts were incorrect.

Jennifer was extremely helpful when I emailed about the items I ordered. She responded quickly and assured me that my order had been processed and was on the way. I explained that I had been scammed before, and she kindly reassured me that this was not the case with the company she works for. I truly appreciated her reassurance, professionalism, and the prompt update regarding my order.

They charge a monthly fee for a one time price for shipping as much as you want ($9.99) for a one time order. I had never ordered anything from their site so I gave it a shot.
This place is a joke.
I ordered 3 things and value was not there and 1 item I never even received.
I have been going back and forth with customer service on trying to either get a refund for what I bought or a replacement -it is not my fault it didn't reach me and it has been the biggest f'ing run around ever.
First, they said contact DHL and see what they say (I didn't ship it, this should really be on the shipper to do w but whatever). I never get a reply from DHL. So, i go back to customer service and then they say "oh it was transferred to USPS for the actual delivery, go check with them". Again, not my job but ffs I did it because what can I do? And of course they have no info for me except what was in the delivery notes (delivered at porch).
At this point I never expect to get my order and I will just task my bank with getting my money back.
Avoid this place. The prices are so good for a reason - it's cheap junk that has higher priced tags on it and their customer service is a joke.

Marco from Morning Save reissued an order for my granddaughter! He fixed my problem promptly so the gift would arrive for her trip! I am very grateful . Marco is the best! Thank you….
