Honestly Lee has been brilliant getting us our mortgage for our new house. He looked at all the options for us, discussed them with us in fine detail and explained how it all worked. He constantly communicated with us throughout every aspect of the application. Caryl is undoubtedly the best mortgage advisor I have ever dealt with ( and lately I’ve tried many)
Caryl takes on your issue as if it’s personal to her, she works at it in a way that you could only hope for.
From the first phone call with Caryl I felt like she was capable of pulling off a seemingly impossible task (this is what I was told by other advisors)
And needless to say, Caryl did pull it off and in incredible time and fashion.
She is such a kind young lady and I would recommend her to anyone, very knowledgeable, extremely good communication throughout, no task was made to feel difficult and minimal effort my side.
