Very incredible service

Bill was an absolutely wonderful advisor throughout the process. He always made himself available to respond to our queries in a prompt manner. Additionally, he explained everything in a clear way which made me feel confident that I was understanding things correctly. Our case handler Fiona was also excellent, providing regular updates regarding the status of our application.

These two definitely made the process of buying our house as stress-free as it could've possibly been - thank you so much! I can only recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

This is the second time we have used Mortgage Bureau, the first buying new build five years ago and again June 2023 to remortgage after fixed rate ended. The Team, Daniel and Cainan were excellent, explaining in detail each part of the process, working with our solicitor to make the whole process painless (as much as it could be), would thoroughly recommend.

Great team work, very helpful in sorting out the mortgage application, the process was very smooth from the beginning until the completion.

I can’t recommend Mortgage Bureau enough. Dean and Georgia have provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer Dean was brilliant at explaining everything. Due to the nature of my job and the way in which I am paid it wasn’t as straight forward when it came to my affordability but Dean got me the best rate and more borrowing than any other broker. Georgia kept in regular contact every step of the way and every little hurdle we faced, she went above and beyond to make sure I got the final offer. I can’t thank Mortgage Bureau enough and I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

An awful experience which only made the stress of moving house much worse. We appreciate that Mortgage Bureau weren’t to blame that the person who was dealing with our case left part way through our house sale. However the details of our case got lost in the handover and it took daily phone calls on our part to get our case picked up again. No one called back when they said they would. The delay affected the Product that we were able to get and it delayed our Completion Date by a month. An inaccurate application was submitted so our initial mortgage offer was wrong. This again was only rectified by multiple phone calls on our part. The communication was very poor. We will not be using this company again.

I was referred to Karjun Tsang and can honestly say he was absolutely amazing!! He jumped through hoops to get my mortgage on a property that wasn't so easy to mortgage. He really went above and beyond to help me and made me feel like I was in really safe hands - when I am sure others would have given up! Out of the many brokers I spoke to, he also managed to find me the best deal - even during this challenging financial climate. He really knows his stuff! So if you are lucky enough to have Karjun as your broker, you are truly in safe hands. I really like his personal style, and having a broker that's available via text really does make the difference (trust me!) and feel like you're in this together. The rest of the mortgage team is also great. They're really friendly and have a great handover structure in place, so the entire mortgage process feels very smooth. I have recommended them to my family too so can safely say they are a fantastic team. I would recommend 10 stars if I could!

Having decided to purchase a home and being a first time buyer, I was fortunate to be introduced to Wes Brammer, at one of the new build show homes.
