I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for the amazing job you have done helping me with my mortgage. Every single one of you went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best rates available.

I especially want to thank Dean Wilkinson who led each step of the way. He managed my frustration and never ending questions like a pro and was always there when I needed him.

We have honestly found a mortgage adviser for life with Wes Brammer. As first time buyers, myself and my partner had no idea about the house buying process and getting a mortgage. Wes was so patient and informative from start to end. Every call was like chatting with a friend and he made us feel calm during a very stressful time whilst maintaining professionalism at all times. Nicholas Young and all his team. Wonderful team work and communication back and forth. All explained in detail and making sure that we understood all the procedures that we have to follow. I really recommend.

David was our main point of contact throughout our mortgage application process. He put our minds at ease during a stressful time and was very efficient in his work. Any questions or queries we had were responded to promptly and he kept us updated throughout the process with what was going on behind the scenes. We would definitely recommend his work to people in the future.

Karjun has been great helping me through everything and has been friendly making me feel comfortable asking questions when I didn’t understand something.
Georgia has been great keeping me updated on the next steps.
I would highly recommend them as they have made my experience nice and easy to follow.

Karjun was our main point of contact during the process and he has been brilliant! He kept in regular contact with me even on his days off and made sure I was at ease by explaining everything clearly when I was in a panic. He has been so helpful answering all our queries and keeping us informed.

Dean was an absolutely wonderful advisor throughout the process. He always made himself available (even on his days off!) to respond to our queries in a prompt manner. Additionally, he explained everything in a clear way which made me feel confident that I was understanding things correctly. Our case handler Georgia was also excellent, providing regular updates regarding the status of our application.

Lee Meredith went above and beyond securing our mortgage. We had every problem you can think of, name changes, address changes, legal paperwork’s. Lee had to sift through it all and port our mortgage which ended up being very complicated. Lee worked 14 hours one day to get this sorted. We really can’t rate him enough , lovely customer service , great person , really does his very best for you . We will be coming back to him when we need to renew our mortgage,as he’s seriously fantastic at his job and also keeping me calm and so lovely with us as I also suffer with PTSD and he helped with my anxiety too . That’s more than just a mortgage advisor that’s a great person too. 10 stars from us and thank you so much.

Excellent service the only thing I would say is if anyone wants to add their fees onto the mortgage please ensure this is calculated within the fees from the Solicitor, as this can be very confusing.

These guys really understand mortgages and have experts for any circumstance. I am borrowing more on my mortgage (at the worst time for the last 30 years) to pay off my help to buy equity loan.
