Already having bought 1 home before I never received service like I did this time with mortage Bureau. And this is all down to Rob Hill and Georgia Hayden. They have both been brilliant. It’s been a long 15 month journey and they have helped me along every step of the way. Nothing has been too much trouble and they were always there when I needed them. Very fast and efficient whenever I needed answers or I was stressing about things they were there to help and support! They are a credit to mortgage bureau and you guys should be happy to have employees like this, a little recognition would go a long way. Thankyou again guys!

Mortgage Bureau arranged my first mortgage 6 years ago when most lenders did not want my business. My circumstances were not straightforward but my adviser back then got me an affordable 5 year fixed rate deal from the one of the Top 5 mortgage lenders. When I needed to renegotiate last year, I tried a handful of other independent advisers but came back to my Mortgage Bureau adviser because I could see just how good she was by comparison.

I'm now downsizing and spoke to a colleague of my original adviser by phone during an appointment at a new building development. The aim was to work out my current options and budget given that the mortgage landscape has shifted in the last 12 months.

This new adviser was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened, asked useful questions that helped me figure out what my priorities were and then advised me based on that. His communication skills were excellent and I came away from the discussion with increased clarity about my own situation, a better understanding of the current mortgage market and the reassurance of knowing I have sensible options available.

Based on this most recent experience alone, I would recommend Mortgage Bureau to my closest and dearest people, including my adult children. I would be confident that they were dealing with skilled and responsible professionals who would look out for the best interest of their clients.

Dean our broker was absolutely brilliant, easy to get hold of and very helpful. He searched the market for the best deal he could get for us in our circumstances as first time buyers and really knew his stuff.

They chased up application process with lenders and made it super easy explaining what documents were needed.

I wish there could be a golden buzzer styled star rating above the five stars, Vicki Cramp & Ben smashed it with speed, direction and accuracy. Very very experienced and supportive throughout the process, comparing them to other brokers I've dealt with in the past. I bought a brand new 4 bed property at Stanton Cross in Wellingborough from Bovis as a first time buyer, within 3-4 days valuation was completed and my offer was issued, all this happened during the recent volatile market from the mini budget, where interest rates were peaking at its highest. As a first time buyer I did not understand the property jargons, Vicki took her time to explain detailed, in simple terms, to ensure I knew much about what I was signing up to and the commitments involved. All insurances was also sorted, with recommendations on the best packages that came with great deals. It was a smooth ride regardless of the market turbulence, where banks were pulling off the market more than a 1000+ deals, yet she delivered at the eye of the storm with good interest rate, making my repayments lesser than anticipated. I will fully recommend given my great experience with Vicki & Ben.

We honestly cannot thank Dean, Amrit and Fiona enough. Its not to be taken lightly trying to get a mortgage in the current climate but they have all been informative and helpful and have secured us a mortgage, for our dream home - our daughter finally gets a garden to play in. Kris Metcalfe and Georgia were/are responsible for our process and they have been great. Always on point, providing feedback when necessary and clarifying whatever queries are pending. As I have had more experience with Kris I can genuinely say that sometimes I felt bad emailing him in out of office hours as he actually replied shortly thereafter. If I ever purchase another property, I will definitely seek him out!
We have now paid the deposit and I will update this review once our mortgage offer extension takes place. Hopefully everything continues to be great.
