I love the helicopter. I bought an extra battery. One of them didn’t last very long. They sent me a new battery no problem. Look forward to purchasing from motion RC Again.

I remember calling and speaking with Ozzy sometime around late September last year with some questions about a DF 95, he was most helpful but did not pressure me for a decision to purchase. That had to wait till the club I sail with decided what boats they would sail, and I then ordered one in January this year. Everything was in order, but unfortunately the sail had badly creased in the package and despite Ozzy advising me to try some light heat to straighten it, it did not work. He then sent me a new one under warranty and it is due this coming Monday. Very helpful and caring as a company. I will definitely shop there again and recommend to friends !!! Thank you Motion RC !!!

Good customer support but took about three weeks because part was out of stock.

Super fast response and replacement to items missing from shipment caused by box being crushed during shipping and popping open. Shipper was nice and taped the box back together without all the items.

First of all, just to get to a person starts the review off with. 6! My situation of finding the right retracts for this project will be completed because Motion has quite a wide range of parts! The simple fact there was an issue with the retract discovered out of the package . I contacted Motion and after sending pictures they are sending a new unit! No hassle just good service. Which make the review a 10 in my book!

Very fast and efficient shipping of order. I did have a technical issue after recieving my order, but issue was solved by friendly and skillful staff..

Great detailed helicopter. Had trouble at first with not removing shrink wrap from transmitter battery. Contacted support. After a few emails I got everything corrected. Powered up helicopter in garage but have not actually flown it yet. A little bit too cold outside. Also charger was defectiveI but I got a store credit for it. Already have several 3S chargers. Kind of pricey but I believe it was worth it. I have about 30 RC tanks, planes, helicopters total. Have bought all but 2 or so from MotionRC. Would recommend this to all.

Even though FedEx lost my Avanti 80mm fuselage , Motion RC replaced it , and ask me to kindly return if FED EX ever delivers the lost fuselage to me . THIS IS AWESOME SERVICE !!

I took my new F8 Crusader out for the first time on the first nice day in Jan. I set it up indoors, just hitting the throttle cut to make sure it worked. Got to the field and there was a motor, but no fan attached to the motor. The jet only made noise. I sent MRC service an email asking what fan I should order, 2 were available. The service rep. responded 2 hours later asking for a photo. I sent photo, he sent me whole new motor and fan. This whole adventure took 4 hours. Package is expected this Monday. I asked which fan to order, they sent me everything I need. Outstanding customer service. They have my business.

Motion immediately shipped the missing parts without hesitation!!!

Update: I went back and checked. MotionRC is right, it was clear and I just didn't see it. Importantly, they remove the VAT on their side and so the amount on the Fedex invoice I had was not a double charge. Beauracracy got the better of me and I jumped the gun here. Thanks for responding to this review and making things clear to me. I've just placed another order with you now that I understand the situation. Richard

I am in the UK and ordered parts from this shop. It's based in the EU. About two weeks after the part arrived, I got a Fedex invoice for duty and VAT for around 30% of the price of the parts! I sent a note to them offering to pay 50% because I would never have ordered the part if I had know this much duty/VAT was payable. No response. I would not order from these guys again.
