Excellent service
I couldn’t recommend a Wendy, Nina and the team enough. Really efficient service. I got sent quotes quickly with responsive replies to questions. Wendy liaised with Audi efficiently and kept me updated throughout . After care has been great.

In the end it turned out well and I am happy. The only issue was the communication of updates, if this was managed better and my expectation set properly then I would have rated higher.
But all in all a yes from me!

This is my second car from Motorlet
This is my second car from Motorlet, and once again the service has been excellent from start to finish. From helping me arrange the collection of my first car to choosing my new one on the website, the whole process was seamless. Every member of the team I spoke to was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in finding the right deal to suit my budget.
The entire process was straightforward and stress free, and everything went smoothly through to delivery. I was able to choose a delivery date that suited me, which made the experience even more convenient. The car arrived on Friday, and I couldn’t be happier with it.
I would highly recommend Motorlet to anyone looking for a great car and outstanding customer service. Thanks again to the whole team!

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
Very very disappointed, car was delivered by a transporter, taken off the transporter, and basically the driver gives you the keys, and see you m8, no instructions of how anything works on the vehicle, the car was absolutely filthy on the outside, and window washer bottle empty, since the car has been dropped off not a single follow up phone call or anything, also sent emails requesting information on putting my private plate on the vehicle, to which iv still not had a reply from them, but i suppose now they have their commission there not bothered will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN
