Bought a Mercedes from this garage. Straight forward process from the start, booked a test drive. Communicated with Joe one of the staff members. Very good communication from the very start and supportive throughout.

Have just bought a car through Morgan and he has been brilliant all the way through the process. From the first contact by text he has kept me updated all the time and has sent videos and photos of the car without me having to ask, I would definitely buy a car from him again. After having a really bad experience with a garage last year with the worst customer service I have ever experienced this time has been the complete opposite.

I had a thoroughly positive experience buying my fabulous BMW convertible from Joe. He was very upfront and honest with no hideous sales pressure. As I bought the car unseen in person, Joe sent me photographs and videos, highlighting any issues and confirming that all would be sorted which they were. He answered my many, many sometimes quirky questions in super quick time. Joe organised delivery and the car arrived in immaculate condition and so far I haven’t had any issues, just a beautiful convertible to whizz around in, in this fine sunshine we are enjoying!
