Dead plants, bad customer service. Lackluster replacements.

The problem was the plants were shipped to someone else's address. The only address I have ever given Mountain Crest was my actual address. Instead, I tried alerting them to the fact that the tracking information had the plants going to a PO Box hours from my city of residence. They were not helpful and would not help - with the only help being a credit. The plants were sold out so I lost out.

My 8 Sedum spurium Tricolor plants sat in the mailbox all day long until the next day. They looked pretty sad when I opened the box, but I watered them and the next day they looked great! Thanks!!

One of my plants arrived with wet soil and part of the stem is soft. I contacted your customer service but there was no offer to replace the plant.

I found just the right plant! Shipping was fast, I live in SW Florida, packaging was super good and protective and it’s a good thing cause the US Postal service put it in my 150 degree mailbox upside down! The plant recovered from shipping in 2 days and looks great!

Have been purchasing succulents from Mountain Crest for a couple of years now. Succulents have become an obsession! Every single time, the plants arrive here in Maine in beautiful shape! I am totally a lover of Mountain Crest❤️

Plants were extremely well-packaged. None were broken, even though the delivery driver handed them to me upside down (arrow pointing down that said live plants). The plants themselves were beautiful, healthy, and had such nice colors. Thank you for an incredible experience!

I moved way far north to the upper peninsula of Michigan (from Tucson!) but have not lost my love of succulents. We have no grass, by choice, and today I planted 18 of the tricolor stonecrop to help cover the mass expanses of sry sunny sand! The only native stonecrop for the UP is only shade tolerant.....so I am definitely mixing cultivars with natives. We are about 70% native. Wish you all would offer more native options. It is up to us to save our yards.

I’ve ordered several times before and I’m never disappointed, packaged perfectly and some I’ve had for a year or longer and still doing well!

To start off, Mountain Crest Gardens has a great website! Whatever kind of plant you are looking for it is easy to find. They have many categories to choose from. It is easy to put in your order and the plants come relatively quick. They are well packaged so that they don't get harmed and they always come in good condition. Even though I tell myself I can't buy anymore plants as I don't have the room I always find something at Mountain Crest Gardens that I just can't live without!!

It was easy and they delivered quickly. Only regret was that I should have ordered planning dirt. Next time.

I get my plants when promised. They are securely packed so they are in great health when they arrive. The only reason I ordered this time was I’d lost a goats horn to a wind storm. They are one of my favorites. But I’ve simply never had a negative experience with Mountain Crest. I appreciate that there is at least a little info on care so I know what I’m getting into before I order.

Plants arrived in good condition but I suggest wrapping pots so soil doesn't come out during shipment. I opened upside down and had to replace all the soil back in the pots. Prompt delivery. Especially like the Sizzle Frizzle. Unusual.
