This would have gotten a 5 but there was a problem with delivery. The company made it right but it wasn’t perfect. Happy with my purchase and the customer service is outstanding!

quick delivery
The good: As per the title
The bad: the costs for postage. I bought a single 'Knock Block' 10mm headset spacer. Total cost £10. This was posted in a small envelope padded envelope (probably purchased 100's of these so very very cheap) and the cost for postage added another £7.00 to the bill. Postage for this would be about £2 at the most.
Make of that what you want, but rip off comes to mind

The £6.95 charge is a flat shipping rate for any order below £100 and is competitive with other sites offering a First Class Signed For/Next Day shipping option. This covers the cost of the packaging, shipping, as well as time spent processing the order.

Never received the item.Two weeks and…
Never received the item.Two weeks and nothing.They charged me £7 for delivery and after as they stated dispatch not even provided the tracking number.When I emailed them about tracking number they ignored.Never ever again have business with them.
