we're a frequent travellers, 3-4 times a year, and on our trips we always renting cars all over the Europe. Than we looked for a car in Greece we found your website and got very exited about "non-human" rent service. Since your company have a brand new idea and pretty new on the market, we did expected some issues, but amount of "bad stuff" exceeded our expectations....
we rented two cars from you, I'll summarise our experience for both of them. "bad stuff":
1. prior to booking we checked with you if we have to have internet in order to get car or work with application, on which you told us that internet connection isn't required in order to work with an application. Which isn't true, we do had to have internet on checking car in and out. And luckily we managed to get hot spot for some local folks.
2. we order pick up for both cars from same place - airport, but only one car was there, while in order to get second car we had to go to some office
3. we spent some time in the office to fill some papers, just like in regular car rental, while according to your website, we don't have to fill anything.
4. car we get from the office was lower grade from the one we ordered.
5. both cars conditions was unsafe to drive:
5.1 "office car" didn't had windshield water, and one of the parking back lights didn't worked. As well as passenger sit was stuck and we wasn't able to adjust it properly.
5.2 both cars had very old tires, which are unsafe to drive.
5.3 both cars had only about half fuel tank
5.4 we had a flat tire on an "airport car" and spare tire wasn't suited for driving, so we had to look for garage in order to fix the flat tire
6. we returned both cars one day before due to our flight change, but you agreed to make a refund only for one car.
"good stuff":
1. we got full refund for tire fix with now problem
2. you answered on FaceBook with in several minutes
3. you refunded half of the price on "office car"

P.s. since you did had a good customer service I'll give you a 2 stars, but our rental experience was, unfortunately, very bad and I suggesting you to change your local partner in Thessaloniki....

Indicated Location of car on google maps must improve. Our car was right in front of the exit doors of Athens Airport but indicator showed car 2km away on IKEA car park. Took us 1.5hrs of our holiday and 21 Euros for local bus and taxi to get there and back again.
But Movemee team offered a 100% refund which is pretty fair.
Phone service should improve either: Quite often we didn’t get a contact on the british number and the answering machine responded that their is no agent available at the moment, which sucks when in trouble with the app.
I was not able to close the car on returning it with the app. App demanded to turn on bluetooth but it was turned on.
Overall it’s a good idea, agents are very friendly and cooperative once you reach them.

I forgot to add my credit card to the app, which created several phone calls to the help desk. And I got help right away and in a few minutes I was in the car, checked in but the car would not start and I was asked by the app to call the helpdesk. Again, quick response and problem solved. Returning the car three days later, same procedure and problem solved.
You have an excellent helpdesk but the instructions for the procedure need to be improved.

And, yes, I will use you again.

The worst company in the world! It was a shame! They didn’t answer the phone and the email. I was waiting for hours to get the key of the car. And to return it, nobody answer! Shame shame shame!!!
If you are thinking to rent with this company, don’t do it! There are others better!

I received a Fiat Panda in Greece without air-condition and no central lock. I had always to secure the car by key from the driver's door. Unacceptable in 2021.
At the other side I had excellent customer service when I needed it.

Impossible d’accéder à la réservation sur l’application avec le numéro fourni. Malgré plusieurs conversations téléphoniques, problèmes non réglés, mais malgré tout reconnus par le correspondant. Obligé d’annuler de peur de se retrouver sans véhicule à destination et obligé de réserver par un autre prestataire.
J’attends le remboursement des sommes versées

The Worst rental ever. As I went into the app to revise my reservation, I found out it had been cancelled for no apparent reason. Nobody notified me in any way, and I was offered no alternative.

There was some issues with indentification of licence and IDcard.
Also too few explanations how to proceed or whats wrong.

I had some troubles with the app but everyone was helping and I could take the car without problems. Very good application and team

The phone number for the office in Greece mentioned on your site is in fact the number of your finnish office. Then I waited 3 days to get a positive answer from somewhere in England that my registration is accepted. Now lets see if there will be a car when I get to my destination...
