This is a first class company who went above and beyond to supply a part I needed for my Wheeled Leaf Vacuum. They couldn't have been more helpful by splitting a hose package and supplying me with an individual component from within. They dispatched the item in record time, and the whole process from initial enquiry to receipt of item was under 48 hours.

After waiting for a month for my order I phoned and was told it was out of stock. They suggested a different manufacturer and that was delivered the following day.
I wish they had told me that it was out of stock earlier and without asking .
The item works well.
I had emailed this company as I was interested in purchasing a robot mower for my large back garden. Sam emailed me back promptly with very helpful and detailed information advising an Ambrogio Twenty elite as it covered my 700 sq.metres easily, (the twenty elite covers 1000metre sq.), I then purchased this robot mower second hand from ebay and yet when I contacted them again, they provided detailed and extremely helpful information about cleaning it, the workings etc. I ended up having to send the mower to them from here in N.Ireland because it needed a firmware update, as a result of a geofence, (security), error. Connor from Mower Magic proved invaluable, keeping me updated as to what was happening, including renewing gaskets and other parts, as he had discovered an ingress of water into the machine. Now back with me, the little mower is working great and cutting my back garden beautifully, as I write this. Special thanks to Connor for sorting this out. The company should value him for his knowledge and expertise. I would recommend Mower Magic very highly.

I ordered a battery from Mower Magic 07 April. Something that I could have got next day from Amazon. Over 2 weeks gone without word from Mower Magic. I have chased the order today to be told it is special order and they are hoping to recive it today. I checked my order and there is nothing about this being a Special Order. It is a standard battery. I wont be using these guys again.
Sunday - After dithering for several weeks I decided to go ahead with the purchase of a robot mower, but I wasn't certain that the one that I had selected (an Ambrogio L60 Elite S+) was entirely suited to my garden so I sent an email to Ambrogio asking them to clarify one or two points.
Monday - Early in the morning I received a detailed reply from Ambrogio addressing the issues I had raised and providing me with links to videos which made things even clearer. I was pleased that the reply actually dealt with my questions rather than giving a stock reply which so many companies use these days. I placed an online order with Mower Magic and received an automated reply confirming that the order had been received. Later in the day I received further emails from Mower Magic and DPD telling me that my order was on its way and that it would be delivered the following day.
Tuesday - Early in the morning I received an email from DPD giving me a one hour delivery slot. At mid morning (at the given time) the delivery was made. The mower was well packed and I unboxed it to make sure that everything was as it should be. I noticed that one small item that I had ordered (a spare blade) was missing. I phoned Mower Magic and got through with no wait at all. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful, apologised for the error, and assured me that a blade would be sent out straight away. Having set up the mower and charged the battery I then gave it a short test. Everything was fine. In the evening I received an email from DPD telling me that delivery of the blade would take place the next day.
Wednesday - Something of a repeat of the previous day; an email with a time slot and then the arrival of the package mid morning.
This really is an example of how good online purchasing can be. Ambrogio, Mower Magic and DPD all played their part and were faultlessly efficient. Communication from all of them was excellent. When I needed to contact Mower Magic by phone they were helpful and understood the issue immediately. They then corrected their error without delay. Errors in orders are bound to happen from time to time but that is really not a problem when they are rectified so efficiently.
This was a totally hassle-free transaction. Based on this purchase I would have no hesitation in recommending all three companies wholeheartedly.
Seem like a decent company but just confusingly bad communication - only received template emails to my enquires re: a preorder, and even after putting in a claim via PayPal I heard nothing from them at all. I eventually received the product (as described, well packaged etc) and cancelled the claim - but I just don't understand why they can't be more communicative. Could be a great place to buy lawn stuff if they fix this but right now I can't recommend.
My experience with Mower Magic leads me to believe that they are an outstanding company. They have provided stellar support for my Robomow RX50 Pro even though I didn't purchase the machine from them. Their exemplary technical support enabled me to address some issues that arose during my ownership, and just before the two-year warranty expired they serviced the unit and replaced some items that required attention free of charge. Lawnmowers, robot or not, are subject to physical stresses throughout their lives and efficient and effective long-term service is a key part of enduring customer satisfaction. My personal thanks to both Connor Moore and Tim Martland in MowerMagic's technical department for their knowledge and skill in resolving my issues. My mower has done over 450km unassisted so far and, with MowerMagic's support, I expect it to continue to do a job I hate far into the future. Highly recommended.
I had a problem with a Robomow robotic mower and I received a lot of relevant information via email and telephone to try and rectify the problem (not leaving bae). In the end the machine had to be investigated in the Workshop and a methofical and logical application of assessment revealed the problem. The robomow is now working as it has for over 6 years. The service i received was excellent and could not have been more assistive. Thank you. I shall return.

Ordered parts 16/4/22 got told ten days delivery phoned back on 28th to chase up order to be told oh still not received phoned to see if was dispatched yet promised it would be here Friday 14th phoned to see iforder was to be delivered on Friday to be to still not dispatched yet as we have not received it will now be delivered till 20/05/22 you call yourself No1 your having a laugh would never recommend crap company more excuses stay well clear off
Bad service. Can't get through on phone to chase an overdue order, and email response says may take time to answer query. They managed to take the money straight away though when placing order.
Recently purchased a mower and trimmer from mower magic and was exceptionally impressed by the value and customer service from the team. Will buy here again! Kudos to Sam for his support on finding me the right product!
I purchased a scarifier and backpack sprayer from Mower Magic, and the next day they informed me the supplier could not fulfil the order for the sprayer.
Samuel contacted me and we discussed alternatives. I asked if he could supply a different one to the ones they have on their website, and he found a way for me to have the one I requested.
Excellent customer service and communication. I will be using mower magic for more items I need for my business. Thank You

A quick call and everything was easily sorted.

I've used Mower Magic over the last 3 years as my ageing Kawasaki brushcutter wears out and the array of spares picked from exploded view parts catalogues is immense. They cover many makes and at very reasonable prices, so I'll continue to use their expertise for as long as they are trading.
Give them a try, because you won't be disappointed...

This was brilliant. I searched for some time for the exact mower blade, and then found it on Mower Magic, no problem at all. Simple. Everything worked perfectly: a quick click on PayPal, and that was it. I look forward to changing our old blade and beginning the mowing season!
I ordered a ride on mower back in July and encountered the word-wide shortage of ride ons that is affecting everyone needing one. I decided to join the queue and paid in full. I've been kept regularly informed as the wait progressed, offered an alternative machine that i accepted and finally took delivery. Some extras that should be included were missing and Sam immediately put that right and i should have them soon. Overall my entire dealings with Mower Magic have been excellent. They've managed a worldwide shortage excellently, been honest and transparent throughout, sorted out missing parts and i have no complaints whatsoever.
Just purchased my first product with Mower Magic and was pleasantly surprised the bulky item was delivered on the second day, looked on their site to purchase but wanted information so I phoned and they were very helpful , went ahead with purchase over the phone , fab.
