I ordered an out of stock item although the website was indicating stock. I advised sales that I would wait until they had stock. After 3 months still no stock. No fault of their own. I asked for a refund, the refund was done the same day.
I ordered another product and that was sent out super fast.
So a big thumbs up?

Ordered an item in stock on the website. It took them 4 days to get back to me saying they didn't have it in stock! They will send it in a few weeks! I assumed it was on its way! Don't list things you don't have SIMPLE.

I love my barrow after having part of my lung removed and our muckheap being all up hill I've found this barrow a God send I can muck 2 stables out with one load it takes me up the hill and the tipping device makes it so easy for emptying I couldn't be without it. To be quite honest it's become a daily part of my life regards Val wildman

Very impressed by Mower Magic. I got a fantastic deal on a brush-cutter and it arrived quickly. So I am a happy customer.

Ordered Hyundai Scarifier 1500 on Sunday evening, email confirmation of order received on the Monday, delivered in one hour delivery slot on the Tuesday...what more can I say.!!!
I have used the machine once with the "Raker" in situ very pleased with the machine easy to operate. I particularly like the simple arrangement for changing the Raker for the Scarifier tool.

Mower Magic/Ambrogio UK were extremely helpful and fixed a very difficult problem with my Ambrogio Robot Mower. The service was efficient and friendly - special thanks to Conner for his skills and patience in solving the problem.

Shocking company terrible incompetence purchased a
Power brush and brush set did not recieve brush set an absolute headache telling them not recieved now 10 emails machine recieved was not the same as instructions were saying we sent them photos of machine and instructions total denial of been mis sold .I have been miss sold and miss lead .then this awful company want to deduct ,£25 when they get the item back .they can think again A disgrace avoid this situation who charges money for item not used a day after receiving it and photo proof of been miss lead

Excellent all round. Looking for a battery-powered lawnmower to replace old petrol one. The website was very clear and informative which made selection easy. Pricing was good. Ordered on a Monday, arrived on the Tuesday and set up and first cut carried out on the Wednesday. Could not have been smoother! Many thanks.

Needed to obtain replacement recoil starter for Honda engine, found a number of potential suppliers online but chose Mower Magic on the basis of previous good experience when ordering Qualcast parts. Ordered on Friday morning, received Monday morning - excellent!

Took almost16 months to deliver an item. But I cancelled this order within 3 days . Item was showing as in stock when purchased only find out that it wasn't so I cancelled the order. But they didn't cancel my order and I was none the wiser that it wasn't . I thought once I requested it to be cancelled that would have been good enough. Anyway almost 16 months later the item Arrives 16 months!!!
I called them they said in a dry manner that it would have to returned at my cost since it was a remorse buy ??
I said I cancelled this and I will not be paying for the return.. they said no I didn't.... until I provided them with proof... then they were a bit more understanding.
If I didn't show them proof it will cost me £14 or so to return the item that was initially purchased almost 16 months earlier !!
I know times are tough but to deliver an item 16 months later is just way too looong..
anyway I got the refund but I had to find the proof that I requested this order be cancelled. Got my refund so they honoured that process but to be so dry at first was not the best start.. anyway 16 months to deliver an item wow blows the mind.

3 stars because they still delivered even though I forgot all about this item as I thought it was refunded 16 months ago but it wasn't and they accepted their blame in this.

So far so good and a good price and carriage paid!!! Ordered a WEER33 Lawnmower in the afternoon on Monday and received it on Wednesday. It will need a little setting up regards the height of the cut. If you find it is not picking up all your cuttings you will probably have the blade set too low for the height of grass to be cut so I increased the height of cut until this was not the case and everything is fine now. Hopefully I can now reduce the height of cut next time I use it next week to obtain the final height of grass I require with no excess clippings! Just one complaint; it is a shame the cable storage prong on each side is only one long prong and nothing else - two prongs of equal length each side would be much more convenient for winding the cable up. Otherwise happy days!

Ordered placed 11/7/21 a pre order for late July, now in august and still no item, no update or able to contact them. Poor customer service. £119 in their account and I’m left waiting

Made an order for a spare part for my mower after having wasted time ordering elsewhere.

Great Pricing, Prompt dispatch and received the part the next day.

I will use Mower Magic again and recommend them to others.

Looked around many websites for spare parts for my Ryobi strimmer but could not find definitive actual parts.
The MagicParts (MowerMagic) website has easy to identify technical drawings and part number references which made the process a lot easier.
Having identified the parts and found that they were excellent value it was easy to add them to the basket and proceed to purchasing.
Delivery costs might be considered high, but they are not any different to other online services/ deliveries. The order was delivered within 48hrs so the cost was proportionate to the service.
The parts received were exactly as described/ shown on the website and fitted my Ryobi as expected.
The overall level of service from MagicParts (MowerMagic) was excellent based on ease of use of the website, availability/ cost of items and delivery.
I won't hesitate to revisit the site in future if I need spares for any of my garden machines.

We have been customers of Mower Magic for the last few years, since moving to Lincolnshire, and have bought a few items from them. This year, we realised we could not manage another year with our heavy petrol mower. We spoke to a member of staff, explained our physical difficulties and how we needed something that was robust and cordless to do our large front garden, but light enough to manoeuvre round to our small rear garden. We were talked through a few different models that would be suitable and the differences between them was explained. We were informed that stock had been held up due to the Suez Canal blockage but they notified us as soon as stock was in. Excellent service all the way from start to finish - thank you, Paul.

Yet another disappointing online company who list items for sale that are not held in stock.
The truth is that they never hold large items in stock, they have your order shipped directly from the manufacturer. You would think that these bad trading websites would at least list their items correctly or have a live stock update for their advertised items. Avoid disappointment and buy directly from the manufacturer yourself and cut out terrible third party traders such as Mower Magic.

Hopelessly inadequate customer service manning on the phone or email.

Ordered an Hyundai Electric Scarifier (Model HYSC1500E) two days ago, it arrived this morning, very quick delivery. The machine was chosen because it has interchangable shafts with one with scarifier ridgid tines andone with raker springs, having this function takes the load off the motor as against having ridgid tines and raker springs on the same shaft this configuration puts a lot of strain on the motor
The machine is well built and easy to handle, very pleased that it has 5 adjustable height settings.
After assembly I tried it on the lawn with the -3mm setting and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of thatch and dead grass that it removed.
Pleased with my pushase, good price as well.

Purchased a mower from Mower Magic recently and had a small problem with the grass box. The customer service received was excellent. Samuel organised a replacement mower and put the grass box together for us before sending. This was all done quickly and efficiently and Samuel is a credit to the company. I would certainly make another purchase and recommend to others.

Ordered a lawn mower cover a week ago (still showing in stock) No news at all despite messaging them on their system.Plenty of other companies to use instead
