The people at mowerpartsmart.com are thieves. Do not try to purchase anything from them.

I tried to purchase a wheel assembly that was a good price. I entered my Citi Visa card information on their checkout page. The process brought up a screen that appeared to be from the Visa corporation. The screen wanted me to enter a identification number that was supposed being texted to me. I immediately got a notification from my credit card company, Citi. Speaking with Citi I learned that someone, using a cell phone other than mine, was trying to link a mobile wallet with my Visa account. Citi cancelled my card.

I ordered parts for my lawnmower from this company and received a receipt without contact information on it. I immediately sent an email to them from the contact information on their website and never heard back. Confirmed that the amount charged was higher than that shown on my receipt, and of course I never received the parts. Definite scam website, so stay away!

I attempted to order a lawnmower belt from this website. I put my debit card information in and then the system froze. I emailed the company and the email bounced back as undeliverable. The next morning, $2150 was stolen from my checking account and the money was transferred from my checking account to someone else’s Capital One credit card. It’s going to take me at least two weeks to clean this mess up. Do not attempt to purchase from this fraudulent website. It’s a scam.

I purchased 3 items from this site and paid with PayPal on Thursday afternoon. On Friday, I received an email from PayPal that there was an increase in the price of $5.00. I never received a confirmation email or text about my purchase. I sent 2 emails to mowerpartsmart.com asking for some kind of confirmation but instead I received notifications that my emails were not making it to their destination and would try again for the next 48 hours. Then I finally received an email stating the emails never went to the destination. On Monday, I contacted PayPal and sent them all my documentation about this order and they immediately refunded my purchase. Thank you PayPal!!

PayPal fraud. Charge showed 40 dollars in the cart but charged me 103 to my card. Steer clear

Fraudsters indeed. I also ordered something that I never received and have not been able to contact this company. No phone and the email keeps coming back with server errors. As soon as I hit enter for my order, I noticed it was coming from China. Then a few days later, my credit card was compromised and I had to get a new one. Be real careful about ordering from this company. Thank GOD it was not a pricey item.

This company is a scam, paid for a part on February 6, 2026 through their PayPal link. The company said free shipping over $30.00 and the item I ordered was $64.85. When I received my PayPal receipt it came back for $74.57. I never received a response for the item. Then then sent me an email with another website called GoEasyMart sending me a bill for $64.85-$12.97=$51.88, to only click on a link to pay the transaction. When you email the email on the page it kicks back failed no such email. I contacted my credit card company and put on a dispute and reported them to the Better Business Bureau as a scam website! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Never received the parts but it was delivered. Tried to contact them at their email address but a bad address. No telephone on the web site. Scam

Company took online order at one price, then increased the charge to a higher number. Shipping was free, so it wasn't a shipping charge. Company never sent an order confirmation by email and never responded to any inquiries about status of order and there is no way to contact them. They are a Fraud Website, avoid. There are several associated websites as well with names like Goeasymart etc...
