What a pleasure to deal with what I describe as "an old fashioned honourable company". I purchased some parts from them and when they were delivered some bits were missing. I contacted them and they shipped them next day delivery no questions asked. When I then wanted help on how to fit the parts they provided it again no questions asked. All the time through they provided help and advice and nothing was too much trouble. I wish the company was based closer to me as I would use them lots more. GREAT company to deal with and one that I highly recommend….

Needed a replacement part for my Honda Lawnmower so after an email enquiry the correct part was confirmed and ordered online at a competitive price. Item was delivered after a few days and all was good, so I'd have no problem using Mowerplus again.

Terrible service. Charged for a product, then after emailing to ask for a change of addresses they informed me they had no stock and didn’t know when it would be received. Avoid.

Quality genuine products. Delivered with excellent communication and service.

Mowerplus supplied me with a good quality part at realistic money and it arrived very quickly, I reccomend them.

Never received my order. No response to emails

Still waiting for my parts order, I now have a very unhappy customer too. I Ordered a number of parts which all showed in stock over a week ago, I had to adjust my order when I placed it because some of the parts I initially wanted weren't in stock in sufficient quantities so I have salvaged some from another machine. I CAN ACCEPT THIS, however I was very disappointed that when I chased up delivery 4 days after the order was placed, the member of staff then told me "ah yes all of the items are here now so they might have been dispatched", then they checked and said they were still waiting to be picked up by the courier that day,.... That was a further 6 days ago and still nothing... Over 10 days to get items that were in stock is not very impressive at all. If I had realised that they were going to be this poor I would have used another supplier, I hoped by using an online distributor who showed the parts in stock I would be looking worst case 2 days from point of order to receiving the goods, clearly not!

Good quality component, received 6 days after order was placed. This is during the Covid19 lock down, so a good turnaround.

Fantastic service! Very quick delivery despite the part having to be ordered in from Countax. Ordered Monday and delivered to me by Wednesday and that was during these awkward Covid times. Very competitive price and good communication throughout.
