Useless and lazy
Useless. Selling parts as in stock. So with an engine in bits and the promised delivery times, we order the part needed. A few days later (while checking post in anticipation) we get an email "sorry we are out of stock". I had a feeling this might happen as all other suppliers say "order in item" but this lazy company prefer to take the money, not bother stating it is out of stock, then refund a few days later, causing a huge headache this end. Do they care? Well, even after this email saying "Hi item xx out of stock full refund will be issued" (not even punctuated), i can order it again on their site, NO mention STILL of it being out of stock. Clearly they don't care about annoying customers, so this one decided to let others know. Avoid them. Plenty other good sellers of mower parts out there, who care enough to warn buyers if they are selling a part they don't have.

Thank You very much for your review and feedback.
We apologise that you have had a bad experience with ourselves.
We have over 500 000 parts listed on our web site - many in-stock and others ordered from many of the suppliers we deal with. As demand has been very high during the current state of affairs some orders experience longer than normal delays.
In the worst case scenario, some suppliers are unable to source the parts and dont even give us ETAs. Some parts then are classified as OBSOLETE.
Unfortunately your order fell into this category.
We have taken your comments on board and have changed the way we process orders - communicating with customers within a 24 hour period of any delay (not taking weekends into consideration - this needs a bit more time).

Product was fine as expected but delivered over two weeks later than it should have been.
Email and telephone messages not responded to.
Finally resolved by a very helpful gentleman but the overall experience was poor.

Thank You very much for your review. We can understand the frustration with Delivery Times. Unfortunately with the current supply issues, delivery times are taking longer than normal. Supply chain issues also slow us getting the product.
We did email and call ref the delays that were completely out of our control.

Incompetence of the Highest Level
Unarguably the worst company I have ever dealt with and thank goodness I made the purchase through PayPal. If I hadn’t, I would never have received my refund. After 5 weeks of having my money and no item, and numerous phone calls and emails, I was eventually informed they were unable to provide the parts I purchased. I was reassured I would be refunded the full amount. After a week my refund had still not been initiated. Once again after more phone calls and emails I was fobbed off with even more pathetic excuses. Another week passed and no reply or refund. Eventually I had to turn to PayPal for my refund. Utter incompetence of the highest level possible. I have also informed trading standards and the ombudsman of this companies outrageous behaviour, appalling customer service and failure to refund my monies!!!

We are sorry to hear that you have had such a Bad Experience with ourselves.
Unfortunately with Supply Chain issues at the moment, in some instances it has been very difficult to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
The two John Deere weights that you ordered were not available in stock in Europe and dispatch dates kept changing and thus we were unable to give you a very clear date on dispatch.
When you requested the refund it fell on a Bank Holiday weekend, the refund was requested and the Accounts department only picked up the message a few days later.
As we were unable to fulfill your order - we did offer you a Full Refund. We always away Full Refunds when we are unable to provide our customers with the goods purchased.

Only half my order arrived originally and it took a couple of weeks to sort out, but staff were very friendly and helpful and the other half of my order did eventually arrive.

Honda tiller
Bought a small Honda garden tiller, it arrived quickly and works well. I had hired a rotavator before and found it very difficult to control; this is much easier.

On the email that we did see on the 24 April - we replied the very next day.
After being unsuccessful in sourcing your part from our main supplier - we attempted to source it from our other suppliers.
