I have ordered an item for €9,99 and…

I have ordered an item for €9,99 and paid €5,99 for transportation. I wanted to return it since it deviated from the description and they would have charged me €9,99 for the return. This is very bad service.
Update: In the meanwhile they came back to me with very helpful suggestions so I had to modify my initial rating. Very good customer service at the end!

Best MTB e-shop in my experience

Excellent e-shop for sportsmen, especially bikers, with a extremely wide range of quality goods, I've been a happy customer for many years now, not once was a dissatisfied with the quality and notably the price of the gear I bought.

Highly recommend these guys

Highly recommend these guys. The product was on sale, and came in flawless condition. Would have arrive ahead of schedule if it wasn't for a mix up with the phone number on the initial order, which the staff at MTBIKER (lookin at you Matej!) were absolutely wonderful about, and really helpful, on the ball within minutes. Can't praise them enough.
If you somehow end up having issues with these guys, it's gotta be you, not them.

I bought a 809€ Marin bike

I bought a 809€ Marin bike. It arrives broken. Customer support tells me "it's not our problem, it's the logistics" and "we can offer a 50€ refund if your want"

I thought it was a joke. This is criminal!

Primo acquisto su questo sito e devo dire tutto ok . Spese spedizione corrette ottimo imballaggio e consegna veloce . Sicuramente in caso di necessità di qualcosa sarà un sito di riferimento
