I needed to replace the lining on my 5 year old ski boots as the plastic snapped in the right boot tongue causing a pressure point on my upper foot.
I ordered replacement inners from abroad and they were delivered quickly to my home address in London.
Top quality replacement inners,with better materials than the originals.
Highly recommended Company for a specialised need.

Needed a ski boot adjustment after a failed attempt by a competitor. Staff highly knowledgeable, ultra friendly and most of all knew exactly what to do ! Came back for a minor adjustment and wouldn’t charge a penny more. First class service at a great price.

Enquired about a replacement bolt for the rebound function on some 13 year old boots. Chris took the trouble to search, locate and send to me first class within 24 hours for a tenner. Outstanding!

As a BASI ski instructor I can assure you, Andy knows his stuff. I received great personal service and the price was spot on.

Don’t often post reviews, but felt compelled to do so. Had a fantastic experience dealing with Callum, who is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. After a very enjoyable in-shop experience mounting touring bindings and alpine bindings to older skis, Callum called me days later to just double check I was getting on with my Avi bag that I’d purchased and ensuring I understood it all and had all I needed. Could have talked skiing all day with him as he clearly knows his stuff and is keen to share his experiences! Thanks AT I’ll be back… Mike

Brilliant team and service. Couldn’t be more helpful. I bought ski touring bindings, I live at the other end of the country, they worked with my local shop, posted down a paper jig and helped get them fitted. Can’t ask for more than that.

my email query was answered promptly the same day, it was confirmed that they had the replacement toe/heel pads for my ski boots. I paid for the items & they were despatched the same day, I received them within two days, new screws included. the replacement toe/heel pads fit perfectly.

This company has horrible business practices. I paid for an item and its shipping cost. I returned the item and paid for the return shipping cost. Anything Technical has not paid any shipping but upon receiving the returned item, the deducted shipping from the value of the returned item. I effectively paid shipping 3 times in this purchase, twice to shipping company and once to AT. All buyers beware.

Ordered new heels and toes for ski boots. I asked a question about compatibility, and received a detailed response very quickly. The product I received fitted perfectly and seem good quality. Would definitely recommend, and saved me binning my 15 year old ski boots!

Fantastic customer service from Andy today. Had some issues with the way my boots fitted (or didn’t). And after trying to resolve them on a number of occasions followed up on their fitting promise and swap them out. This level of customer service isn’t that common so definitely recommend them.

Very happy! Well priced, and quality gear for servicing my own skis and board at home. Brought Iron, wax, scraper, brush, and repair kit - and 3D printed my own vices, and my gear is as good as new. Very surprised with how fast it came.

Also happy the iron came with an EU>UK plug adapter, which can screw on. Works fine in my UK sockets.

Ordered Power Strap Spares for Atomic Hawk Boots. This company were one of the few to have them available and at a fair price. When I came to fit the straps several months later, I found some screws were missing from the pack. Atomic's fault, not anything Technical's, as they are supposed tio be a complete packaged set. I contacted them and they supplied the missing screws and t nuts within a few days. Excellent service.

Unbelievable that this still exists and there is 'Nothing technical' about it!
You place a combined order and then everything that you could imagine goes wrong Initially you place your order via Ebay but in the meantime you also check their own shop website. The first thing you get is a message that one part of the order cannot be delivered because they did not manage stocks properly. As an option, they proposed something that's not suitable but falls in the same price category. In other words: 'take this sh*t whatever it is and then we are rid of the problem. After my quite annoyed reaction (caused by their arrogant and belittling behavior) where I clearly indicate that I do not appreciate this and that, if they want to be a serious company themselves, they are only a phone call (with the supplier) away from the desired solution. But no, they would rather not solve anything and indicate that they are offended because I do not consider them as a serious company. To save me from further annoyance, I ask them to send the rest of the order. After waiting patiently for the next 10 days I contact them to ask where the order is. Their answer is again astonishing, it was sent and returned to them this week (of course without informing me) and the reason for returning was that the order was cancelled, and that this of course is not their fault and that I have to contact Ebay and ask why is this happend!?!?
After 11 days of Anything Technical experience I feel cheated as a donkey. They are definitely not worth this waste of time and annoyance!!!!!!!

Excellent service from Callum regarding the purchase of a ski helmet. He went above on beyond in obtaining a hard to find item. Together with a wonderful personality and technical expertise. Highly recommended.

My daughter just bought a new pair of ski boots, which now have these easy walking 'GripWalk' soles. When I got back home I realised that her 4 year old ski/binding was not compatible. Having previously bought spare boot soles from AT, I gave them a call. Chris who answered, grabbed the appropriate 'spare parts catalogue' for the brand and having flicked through, said they make an 'old style Alpine' toe & heel set. He promised to call the distributor and make enquires. He phoned me back an hour later to say the distributor did not even know they made the old style as a retrofit part and that he had ordered a dozen sets. He then phoned me again 3 days later to say they had arrived and I immediately ordered a set. Cannot thank Chris enough, saved the expense and aggravation of having to replace the entire bindings. Fantastic service, well done.

Used AT a couple of years ago to replace a damaged clip on my.Head ski boot. Brought the boot home, postal service all satisfactory. This time, descending stairs in a cafe, repeated the damage and needed a replacement clip. Left the boot in France, ordered a replacement via email, submitted some photos (just as well I’d taken some) and after a quick check was delighted to receive the correct replacement clip after it was posted yesterday. All in all a magnificent service from Anything Technical. Bravo.

Great shop, and responsible for me getting into the ski industry as a vocation thanks to their training courses.

And as for the negative review, now working in the industry it works both ways, and sometimes customers who have been skiing "20 years" and so clearly know everything have a chip on their shoulder too, as 20 years of skiing non stop would be impressive but so often not the case, where as independent wintersports shops like these genuinely have been working in their industry building that knowledge working with many customers for many years which is invaluable. Not saying that the reviewer was of this persuassion, but can be the case I have found in specialist retail. But the awesome customers who work WITH you to get results make it worthwhile :)

We are all very different, however I feel I had to write a very positive review given the previous one star review. I think it said it all about that person when he had to refer to a good forsaken Scottish mountain peak?
I travelled from near Manchester to buy a pair of Fischer ski boots which the store had in stock. They measured my feet and suggested I buy a pair of Nordica boots instead, which were £100 cheaper. I have had 4 weeks skiing with them and they are a fantastic comfortable boot. I think that says it all about the staff knowledge and company ethos. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

Surprised by the positive reviews here. Perhaps they didn't like the look of me because what I encountered is the opposite to most other reviewers. I found the attitude of the staff in this place to epitomise everything I dislike about the English ski scene - arrogant, patronising and focused on expensive gear. The assumptions underpinning their patronising take couldn't have been more mistaken. It's easy to be snotty about skiing in a shop in Kendal but less easy standing at the top of Meall A'Bhuiridh. I wish we had been standing there. I won't ever go back in this shop. There are other shops that offer a better service and a better attitude. I'd travel three times the distance to go elsewhere to be honest. Asking around since popping in here I realise the place has something of a reputation in the area. Should have asked around first and saved myself the bother.

Cannot rate this company high enough. Instead of getting new ski boots I decided to see if I could get new liners. I spoke to Andy who walked me through what was needed, I was only able to give him limited info as my boots are old (20 years +). He told me what I needed and got it ordered. They came a couple of days later and fitted like a glove. I have been skiing in them for the past 10 days and the difference is amazing. Warm feet that don't ache
