I think Munday's are simply the best. I have used various agents over the years and none compared to Munday's. They are a professional team that are super friendly and kind. They are the opposite of the corporate estate agent (in shiny suits) that will try and selling you anything! They are a wonderful bunch of people, all very personable and trustworthy. They found multiple attractive buyers off-market (at our request). They are a proactive, professional and highly experienced team that are skilled at qualifying buyers and getting the deal done efficiently. They are all very nice people to work with also - which helps!

We appointed Mundays as our estate agent as we had a property to sell. The relatively low fee was one reason for our choice. Our contact was very friendly and knowledgeable. She came to our property and was willing and able to help with any questions we had. We were able to make contact any time with a quick response to our calls. Viewings were organised efficiently and we obtained some offers higher than the asking price. Negotiations with the purchaser were handled very well throughout. We have now completed and are very pleased with Munday’s performance.
