Reason one: they really do know our patch. We sold our house in SE15 with them and they were on it, cheery and determined to get us a good price (which they did). They negotiated brilliantly on our behalf, helped us out when it looked like we couldn’t find somewhere to rent and kept in touch about our sale so we always knew what was happening when. Reason two: they give estate agents a good name. No corporate nonsense, just nice people who are easy to deal with and who keep in touch. Reason three: with Munday’s you don’t feel part of a “machine”. They’re really straightforward - they gave us updates after every viewing (and were pretty good at reading the potential buyers verdicts). We’d recommend them every day of the week.

Munday's sold our flat in Peckham recently - it was really lovely to deal with a small, local firm staffed by genuine people. Quite different from most estate agents to be honest! They presented our flat beautifully online, were really communicative re viewings and our flat sold quickly for a great price. Brilliant.

We recently sold through Mundays. To be fair after meeting Becky there was no others in the running. Her no nonsense approach honesty was refreshing. The process of viewings went smoothly and they got people through the door - a lot of them and the feedback following the viewings and handling of the offers was excellent.
The whole team were great - special thank you to Tony who helped through a blip toward the end - not either the buyer or sellers fault and response time and assistance was invaluable.
The question is would I use them again. And/or recommend. Definetly

A really friendly, professional and knowledgeable team, who achieve great prices and communicate really well! Becky & co took on my property after another corporate agent had managed only one cheeky offer in two months. The stumbling block seemed to be selling the local area - New Cross - and this is where Munday's excelled. Becky and her team really know New Cross and Peckham, and that local knowledge proved invaluable in getting people through the door to view and offer. Ultimately they delivered a significantly improved offer that I was more than happy to accept within a week of it being on with them. Highly recommend!

We owned a pretty cottage in SE15. Becky gave a bullish price which surprised us. And achieved within 3% of it. Her team are helpful and hardworking. If it’s Peckham, it has to be Munday’s.

We were recently the buyer of a property being sold by Mundays. From the initial viewings, to gathering information from the vendor and securing an accepted offer we found them very easy to deal with. Both friendly and professional, we had no issues with communication throughout. For entirely separate reasons, our chain ended up being rather complicated and there were ongoing administrative dramas right up to the 11th hour. Mundays were incredibly helpful and flexible during this process and communicated with us quickly and clearly, ultimately allowing us to complete on schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I have found a beautiful flat with the help of Munday’s. I have had some bad experience with other estate agents before but with Munday’s, it was soooooo different - everyone was so helpful, friendly, very efficient and super responsive with any enquiries. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Munday's were unquestionably the sharpest and most convincing, providing a wealth of information about recent sale in the area. They then found us a potential buyer on the first day that the property went on the market and after a brief haggle we accepted an offer the following day. We found the post-viewing feedback and follow up particularly useful. As a seller, you want your agent to call potential buyers after a viewing to engage and solicit offers. The amount of times I’ve viewed a house and never been called back is astonishing but Becky, Tony, Denise and Gail do this very well.

Moreover, there are no cheap suits and full Windsor tie knots in sight!

Becky's team at Mundays are the best estate agents I have ever used. The team communicates strongly from the first contact, they have excellent knowledge of the local market in South East London and were able to offer me great advice on pricing, comparables, etc.
They always communicated viewings in advance and provided written feedback promptly. Professional yet friendly approach and no patronising sales tactics used along the way.
I would recommend them unhesitatingly and only wish they operated in the area I am buying my next property!

Munday’s is a breath of fresh air in the property market. Becky, Tony and the team are open, straightforward, knowledgeable and lovely people. They managed to get lots of serious buyers through the door resulting in a sale we were happy with despite all the current doom and gloom. I’m sad we haven’t bought a house from Becky yet (timings) but she has an uncanny knack of matching people to houses because she is so good at listening to what people want - I’m sure she’ll sell us our next one.
