Munday's were exceptional, their photographs were great, their website is classy, the individual agents were personable, the fees were reasonable and most importantly they sold the property for the right price. We are developers and have sold through many many agents over the years, Munday's are definitely amongst the best of them.

Just like most people I always thought nice estate agents existed only in the imagination, like unicorns and empathetic spinning instructors. This all changed when we instructed Munday's to sell our house. Not only they made us feel they loved the house as much as we did but also managed to present it beautifully in the photographs they took. We received an offer and within hours the Munday's team was finding the perfect match for us based on what they had learned from us. And it was just that, perfect. We've been lucky to have them on both sides of our move -as a seller and as a buyer, and it felt easy and smooth. Munday's is truly raising the standard for all estate agents. Now after everything has been completed so swiftly I can focus on my new passion of finding unicorns and a spinning coach who can both read the crowd and meet them halfway in terms of enthusiasm.
Oh, and I almost forgot: An added bonus. The Munday's team took really good care of our cats during the viewings. Our cats were not as impressed but they never really are.

Can't fault Munday's! Valued our property £50k higher than some other agents who claimed to be experts on the local market. We were doubtful that such a high valuation could be achieved, but Mundays delivered in less than two weeks. Once we'd accepted the offer, Chris, Munday's sales progressor, ensured things went smoothly to completion, despite a nervous buyer. Thank you, Becky, Chris and team!

Becky and team managed a great service from start to finish. Super brochure write up and pics, plenty of viewings, few, if any, time wasters. We tried another agent first who didn't get any offers at all. Becky found several and when our first buyers pulled out due to COVID they produced another in double quick time. A special thanks to Chris and Tony who did a lot of back and forth to close the sale in the end stages and all completed happily so a great performance all round.

Munday's were absolutely amazing throughout the sale of my flat. They went above and beyond to sell my property with brilliant photography and energised promotion. Both Becky and Gail have been so engaged and committed. Highly recommended if you are wanting to sell your property!

She was very personable and was meticulous in asking about every little detail that had gone in to my home, it wasn’t just about giving me a valuation she showed genuine interest in the design, detail and our story for moving onwards!

A great team; a pleasurable experience! It’s always a bit daunting selling your home and moving on, but we found the team at Mundays awesome - viewings were conducted in a professional and friendly way, keeping us fully informed and we got feedback after each viewing. We got more cash than we thought we’d get for our home and the sales progressing support was awesome - a very helpful and always available person at the end of the phone to help and guide us all the way to exchange. We had our 3 bed flat in SE14 valued by 4 different estate agents. 3 of which were chains, Munday's was only independent one and stood out as being the best immediately.

Becky stood out from the other estate agents with her honest and kind demeanour. She didn't follow up our valuation with a gazillion emails like the others did either. Becky valued the property much higher than the other 3 and delivered.

We worked with Denise who was excellent. She always responded really quickly to my queries and sold our flat within 6 weeks and £50k more than what the other 3 estate agents had valued it at.

Lovely staff that communicated well regarding viewings & they generated a lot of interest and not just via the usual listing sites. We had a sale agreed within a week and I feel this was definitely down to the hard work they put in! Our experience of using a boutique agency like Munday's was top notch and we'd definitely recommend them to our friends.

If you want to deal with a small company that offers excellent communication and a 'personal' touch then you can't go wrong with Munday's. Becky and her team offer a great alternative to the bigger agents and are highly recommended.

Never really heard anyone say anything good about an estate agent, but this really does seem one of those rare exceptions! Tony Hayward from Munday's was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very get-go, totally understood our situation and what we were looking for straight away, only showed us great properties, and furthermore brilliantly helped save the day and achieve completion when the sale hit some (unavoidable) bumps in the road. Very grateful for all he and the company did for us. We met lots of other estate agents along the way, and Tony really was/is doing things differently, and very much for the better! Thanks
