This is the second time I've worked with UK Passports and I highly recommend them. I asked to work with Renate again as she helped with my first renewal and was absolutely outstanding. Her level of professionalism, knowledge and kind warm manner made it such a positive and easy experience. Totally worth the fee for the peace of mind and the easy system they have in place. An easy and stress-free experience! Jan provided constant updates throughout the passport renewal process and responded to questions quickly and efficiently. Their guidelines outline, in advance, all the potential pitfalls which could otherwise have delayed the process.

For the most part my experience was positive- I received good advise and support through out the process - I was disappointed to have to supply an alternative identity reference as the first one had been approved and went through the on line process - this proved to be time consuming and expensive as I had to send off supporting documents a second time - I did not get a clear explanation as to why my first reference was rejected having first been approved

It was amazing to deal with a company/ department that provided fantastic customer service from start to finish

Somehow the UK PASSORT contract coped with the nerves and anxiety of this 87 year old applicant - and i found it totally successful because each step of the process was clearly laid out with no possibility of misinterpretation! The same strict process was observed by DHLDeliveries, the drivers employed by them are obviously 100% conscientious and I congratulate all concerned with the production of my new passport - and just hope that at 87 I might still have the opportunity to use it! This was a very seamless and effortless process. The instructions were very clear and the feedback was very rapid and concise. However, the communications left me wondering if Jan really exists or is AI generated!!

I admit I was a bit hesitant in using MyBritishPassport because of the extra cost, but having taken the plunge I am more than happy I used them. I live in France and obtaining a new passport can be problematic. Madeleine my contact was super efficient throughout the process. From beginning to end she explained what to do and I received my new passport in under 3 weeks despite the summer season when passport offices are very busy and there can be delays. Very very happy with the outcome and highly recommended to anyone looking for total efficiency and no worries.

The assigned agent, Hayley, always responded promptly by email. I was glad to have her advice about the photo and the required supporting documents. It was reassuring to receive updates when the application reached a HM Passport Office examiner and when it was approved. The new passport was in my hands in Singapore just less than three weeks after despatching the application documents.

I have just used U.K.Passport and was very pleased with the help I got. I would definitely recommend them if you need to travel to UK and need a British Passport. Mine took just over 5 weeks, they keep in contact with you and answer any questions you have, remembering they are 9 hours behind us (well NSW).

Everything worked out perfect and received my British Passport. I found my coaching consultant very easy to work with , polite and down to earth. She guided me through the entire proceedure with her advise and helping me set up my required documentation which supported my application. So when I did submit my final application along with my supporting documents and family history the process was seamless and resulted in a quick turn around of the required approval of my application. All I can say service was excellent, guidence, and advise very easy to understand. I am sure with out the assistance of my consultant Madeliene the whole process would have taken much longer to get my approval. She knew the common mistakes and errors most of us make when we apply on our own without assistance and guided me to avoid them. I would recommend Madeleine to assist you and get it right.
