My passport renewal process was complicated because of my name change and the fact that I had lost my expired passport. But Robyn at the passport office guided me the process with patience and professionalism. (She deserves a medal - or better still, a raise).

My experience using My British Passport was excellent. Juan-Pierre was quick to respond to any questions/concerns l had throughout the process. I was given clear instructions at every stage of the process. No question was too hard to answer. I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to obtain their British passport.

MY PASSPORT RENEWAL
The renewal of my Passport took about 6 weeks, ably dealt with by Natasha at ukpassportsmail.com.
There were a few hiccups on the way - caused by myself as well as the Couriers - but Natasha had patience and was able to bring all the paperwork together to submit to the Passport Office.
I would highly recommend My British Passport Company for an efficient experience.

It is always a little daunting dealing with a government department, especially at a distance, and I did not want to have to apply twice for one passport, so I am very grateful to my assigned agent for her prompts and helpful tips to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. It is certainly a useful service which I had not expected to find so easily. From submitting my application to receiving my new passport was a day less than four weeks! That's excellent service.

MyBritishPassport were quick to respond, gave accurate information and good advice. The organisation of the courier was a great part of the service, but my only criticism would be the inflexibility of the DHL delivery

A real person (Glenda) responded quickly to my initial enquiry. I was a little anxious about obtaining a new passport from New Zealand. Lots of good and helpful information was provided, I followed instructions and the entire process was efficient but also reassuring. Glenda stayed in touch regularly until I had my new passport and the supporting documents back. I fully recommend this firm.

Hayley was very helpful and responded quickly to emails. Instructions were clear and easily understood, although limited to 'next step actions'.
I found applying for a new passport extremely stressful, particularly with respect to the urgency brought on by the UK Government's new requirements for dual citizens and my all-ready made travel plans. An initial indication that 'copies' of some documents were required FIRST to be followed later with 'actual' documents needing to be sent would have reduced some of that stress.

Glenda was amazing. Prompt with all her replies and spot on with all her help! Couldn't have asked for anybody better!
