Out of the box, disappointed!
No throat hit, not getting any flavor.
It seems like what you would experience while trying to suck a golf ball thru a garden hose.

Product didn’t work as advertised. Offering a refund rather than exchange would be nice.

Was an easy purchase online, plus great tracking. I got
The Bre-Z which took me a little while to get the set up right for me, but now I’m using it more and more.
I love the fact it has a real pull when you use it

One of the box stickers appeared to be tampered with that led us (husband and myself) to feel the package may have been previously used and returned, therefore we chose not to open either Leguna we ordered and requested a return for refund, which was disappointing as we both very much so were looking forward to using this product. It has been 2 days since requesting a return and followed all of the steps provided on the website to do so and still have no response, the items arrived late to begin with, and now we are in the 10 day window for return and nervous we will not be able to do so and be out $170. The concept of the product was wonderful, but it’s a shame that we didn’t feel safe to open the box when we saw what the seal sticker looked like and be able to use the product, and now we wait.

Absolutely terrible though.
Tips say imagine holding your breath underwater, then take a large gasp of air with your lungs. Who breathes like that.
I get the pop, whilst nearly giving myself a headache, burst blood vessel, and feeling really dizzy, then nothing.
Really wish I hadn't bothered, total waste of money. Not as advertised at all. I even bought extra wicks. Feel conned and very stupid.

Very disappointing and not worth the money

CAPNOS fell far short of my expectations. The marketing made it sound much more impressive than the actual experience. For the price, I expected something far more satisfying and useful.

Overall, this was a disappointing purchase and poor value for money. I would not buy it again or recommend it.

I was skeptical at first, but CAPNOS blew me away in every department. I came across CAPNOS on Google; I'd honestly never heard of them before. I was a smoker for many years, then transitioned to vaping for another number of years.
I went for the Legura. It's not the cheapest device around, but the throat hit it promised was something that really intrigued me. The parcel arrived quickly to the UK, and the whole package looks and feels premium.
The big question was: does it really do what it promised? YES, yes it does! It delivers a throat hit that's hard to explain—but for me, it 100% feels like you are inhaling something, even though it's just air. I feel the product works best with the included Yukamint flavour, which feels like a menthol-type hit. I have tried other so-called AIR vapes, but this completely blows them away. Other products I tried had no resistance and felt like having a pen top in your mouth, but this little invention offers multiple options of resistance. For me, it's the closest thing I can find to replicating a vape.
There were a few teething problems with understanding how the device works, but the customer service I received was outstanding. They explained everything perfectly. I did have to be patient for a reply at one point, where a few days went without hearing anything, but we need to remember this is not Amazon or a huge company—they are a startup trying to get it right. Ultimately, I am impressed with all aspects of CAPNOS; the device is amazing and the customer service has been fantastic.
I'm now 2 weeks without touching a vape. I am using nicotine pouches to help as well, but the hand-to-mouth action and the hit the Legura brings is off the scale. I'm so impressed that I have already ordered the BRE-Z and a bunch of flavour wicks.
Thank you, CAPNOS—you have really changed the way I live for the better. No vaping, no charging, and no spending £200 a month on refills, I was using 1x PIXL8000 a day! For anyone reading this, give them a chance. Talk to them, ask them questions, and give it a try—it could change your life for the better and enable you to live a healthier lifestyle. 100% recommended. (And for the record, I have no connection with CAPNOS; I'm simply an ex-smoker/vaper who needed something to help—AND THIS IS IT!).

Waited a while to get it. When I did get it, i followed the instructions over and over again, i keep getting this blow back sound and not even able to inhale for 3 seconds before the blow back occurs. Extremely unhappy, and once again, a too good to be true situation. No hit, no flavour from the wick, and a disfunctional blow back. What a waste of money.

It feels like you’re just sucking on a piece of plastic. You have to pull really hard to get anything out of it. There’s barely any airflow, no real sensation or flavor, just a slight chemical taste. I honestly don’t see the point, except for the habit of having something in your mouth.

I hate the product and you didn’t even offer me a refund this is bad business

Product is great when it works but that’s the problem. Last 3 I’ve bought have not worked, another one I bought a few months back broke stright away. I sent Capnos an email and was completely ignored. For a company that wants to help the only thing I see them helping is themselves to your money. Go with another service I know I am.

Honestly I haven’t even gotten the product yet and have to give it one star. I ordered $50 worth of product- 14 days ago. The “standard shipping” was to be 5-7 days. No type of update, and when it was supposedly in transit, it never came. The lack of communication and clarity when it comes to this is actually insane. I really don’t even want it anymore, should have gone with a different company.

Placed an order a week ago and have received no updates re shipping. Have tried reaching out to CAPNOS via email and have received no reply after several days. Paid A$39 for shipping. Have no idea what is going on but suspect that this is not a serious company.

I had a Legura delivered today. For something that is meant to be their flagship product, the manufacturing quaility is diabolical. Factor that in with the utterly flavourless cores and its been a complete waste of money that took nearly a month to arrive.

glad i gave it a shot. i hit capnos all day as i work remote and seriously feels good, not exactly like a vape but good enough to help me cut down. i think capnos is for a very niche profile of vapers so do know what you're buying before purchasing.

Awful. Better to smoke air through a straw. Flavors… no… I don’t know what flavor that is I got all of them. There is a shudder when you inhale. I don’t take huge draws or hits so it was very difficult to inhale. Do NOT waste your money. 30 day refund…. It takes them 20 days to respond. Lesson lesrned. Waste of money. Buy a bunch of straws instead

Ive been smoking for years and vaping on many different devices, I don't know what the people at capnos have been sucking on but f me the zero is far too tight, to make it pop you literally have to give it all you got, I would not bother getting one if I was you, you'd be better of sucking air from one of those really small cocktail straws. Terrible product very over priced
