My daughter took her car for minor repairs
Was spoken to in a degrading manner by one of the guys who she assumed was the manager, she left in tears without the car being repaired thanks Mycar Burleigh for treating female customers like this , we won’t be returning .

Wow these guys went above and beyond with my breakdown
Wow these guys went above and beyond. They were the only mechanics on the gold coast whom were open to "have a look" on a Friday afternoon after my car broke down. Towed it to theirs and was back up and running the Tuesday 5pm(after giving go ahead Monday to order parts) Thanks to the whole team there!

The Team at mycar at Burleigh did such a great job with my new tyres nothing was a hassle for them. They ordered them in and I was able to get them installed so easily. The new tyres are great.

Eftpos not working
Eftpos not working, had to pay cash, could not get Flybuy points. No courtesy dropoff as was the case when it was run by K-Mart. Overall, not a very customer friendly place.

I recently had my car serviced at Mycar Tyre & Auto and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I dropped off the vehicle, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They kept me well informed throughout the process, clearly explained the work required, and completed everything on time. The car is running smoothly, and I really appreciate the attention to detail and friendly customer service. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be back!
