I was able to fit a time slot in such a short period, delivery and service was easy, car felt brand new and I had additional items to be fixed, which they actioned and the car is back in tip top shape. I have accumulated fly buy points for my total expenditure and the staff were always friendly and attended to my needs.

Great Customer Service
After a full brake disc and pad replacement an annoying squeal developed at low-speed with light-braking. Took the vehicle back in and they made adjustments which improved but didn't resolve the issue. Eventually they decided to replace the rear discs and pads again entirely and the problem was fixed. They were very responsive to ensuring I was a happy customer.

Easy and efficient with great value
There's a reason why mycar Casuarina is my go to. Their customer service is consistently positive, with staff who communicate in a way that I can relate with as a customer. They take the time to provide a detailed summary in person and will talk you through each line item on the service sheet. Overall, a great business that offers great value servicing.
