At other places when we have booked in for a rego check - it is done while you wait (about 15 mins or so). When hubby arrived at the appt time, he was told it would be an hour, he didn't expect to have to fill in that amount of time (with no transport)
When taking appts over the phone, this information should be mentioned.

I ordered Tyres on Friday and the wonderful, friendly Erin called me on Wednesday to say they had arrived and I was able to take my car in the next day. The whole experience was very easy, efficient, professional and friendly.

Always open and honest with cost and what’s needed. The mechanics and team are very welcoming and will answer any questions about your car. Been taking my car here for 4 years and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Did a good job but said they'd call me they were finished but they didn't. I stuffed around for 2 hours, went back and they had finished it, but had forgotten to call me.

Absolute ripped off. My car passed for rego with not a thing wrong with it and tyres less than 12months old. 2 months later, i need a service and now they say i need new tyres, new rear brakes as they are metal on metal how does that happen in 2 months. The price for my service more than doubled. Me and all my friends and family will never use your place again. Shame on you ripping off a teenage girl!!! Your a disgrace

I’ve been coming here for years. Always great service. Today it was for a car rego, I needed to wait for the car in the nearby shopping centre- they completed the work in just 30 mins and sent a text. Great prompt polite service- highly recommend.

Louis was very nice but overall extremely unhappy. Took car in as it was making a whirring noise & asked them to investigate. Got a full service but noticed the noise was still there & got much worse until undrivable. The air con compressor had gone & also damaged other parts of the engine. This should have been picked up at service but was somehow missed & ended up costing me $1300 after the $289 service. Won’t be going back & wont be recommending to anyone

I was extremely impressed by all the staff members who attended to me.
These days I am considered "elderly" but I felt that I was treated very courteously by everyone at Charlestown My Car.
