excellent job and amazing service

Friendly and honest staff. Never try to upsell products you don’t need like many other places

Service is great. They parked my car in a lot Jace where it would be accessible when dozens of cars were queuing up for petrol. And made sure it was ready nice and early as I had to walk back to pick it up. Extra work was required and they advised me if rest before going ahead. They remember me each time I go there.

When dropping off my keys I was asked to check if my contact number was correct it, it was yet I received no message to inform me that my car was ready for collection. Luckily my partner looked at the closing time of the store at we only had 15 minutes to rush back and get my car before closing for the weekend. When arriving they informed us that they had been trying to contact me yet I hadn’t received nothing , no text or email. I checked the contact number again and still it was correct. I was then just handed the receipt and not spoken through anything they found or received any apologies. Very disappointing as previous experiences have been great. I feel as though they could have done more to contact me , via email perhaps as I dread to think what had happened if my partner hadn’t checked the closing time.

Car service and new tyres fitted and car ready to pick on the same day. Very helpful and friendly service by the branch manager. Also very convenient location

The Duncraig team saved me money by recommending a cheaper tyre that is as good as the Pirelli's I was looking at, alignment is perfect, my ute drives better and sticks to the road regardless of the weather conditions. Thanks
