The work done great. Service at front desk terrible …
Slipped on the floor twice due to rain and no mat.
The guy tried to charge me for a brand new tyre when all I had was a puncture repair.
When I walked in after an hour and a half the guy looked at me like he didn’t know who I was or why I was there. I’d got a text u to I say my car was ready. He should have recognised me and put two and two together. Idiot.

All employees were respectful and kind.
Especially Jeff, who went out of his way to explain parts , labour and availability.

Quick turnaround
I had a car accident and brought my car in to get fixed. Ray was helpful, understanding and managed to have all parts ordered and my car back up and running within a few days.

Great staff, super friendly and efficient
The staff at mycar are always great, super friendly and efficient. I would always call them first if I had any issues with my tyres or car. It’s great that they’re just around the corner too.
