I had called before and explained that my car needed a service, the car was misfiring, slowing down, wipers not cleaning properly and boot sometimes not standing open and closing suddenly. While dropping the car to mycar shop and as I was asking them that they forgot to unlock the wiper jet during last service he said they will look into it and will charge half hour labour for it. When I said why because i clearly remember him saying you can do it for yourself as it is 5 minute job. He very rudely said no one works for free. Anyways they said they will give me a call after they do a thorough inspection around 12 and we will go from there. No call came. Around 2.50 I went to pick my car. They said we could not find any problem of misfiring, we could not find replacement washer jet, just gave me an invoice quoting around 750 dollars to look for potential cause of misfiring but still said we are not sure if it will fix it. I was literally shocked as they couldn't not see and find a problem, even made an attempt to fix it as the problem was clearly there. Next day I went to couple of mechanics who after driving for couple of minutes could clearly see a problem and have asked me what they can do to fix it.

At least they made an attempt to listen to me and my problem as the car was clearly musfiring. That guy was just rude and terrible and I think only want dollars without any work and is just good to deal in tyres and nothing else. This was my third year coming to your shop and also the last time. Hope you can look into it and do something about it and give some proper training to the staff om how to fix a car

I was really happy with Chris who managed at short notice to attend to a small repair on my car. He was more than helpful and very obliging. I will certainly return to Mycar Fountain Gate and recommend their work to others.

Better customer service and more honestly than a dealership

Courteous, friendly, listened to concerns and responsive to needs, clearly explained (in laypersons terms) outcomes and what to be expecting in future bookings.

I went in to have 2 tyres replaced. The guys were friendly, approachable and made the process as easy and efficient as they could, to ensure I was able to do school pick up and drop off.
After after my tyres replaced, I booked in to have my breaks changed and a service completed. Could not fault them!

I was extremely happy with the customer service at Fountain Gate and highly recommend them to anyone my car was completed ahead of time I was advised of everything along the way that my car needed and a shout out to Logan for staying past his knock off time to assist me with the booking everyone was friendly and extremely happy with the service on my vehicle
