The Alloy wheel on my VWTiguan was dropped by the technician damaging the face of my rim.
The service advisor told me prior to me taki g the car away and finding it myself.
He has advised that they will contact me to arrange repair.
The service advisor was very apologetic. .
Very disappointing though accidents happen.
I will still be using the team at My Car Garden city as they have always given very good service.

The rescheduling process through to the tyre replacement was handled smoothly. The staff were courteous, and I was very satisfied with the service.
