Staff are great. You don't get treated like a mark or a moron because you don't know car stuff. Prices are decent. Service is quality.

It was for logbook service
It was for logbook service, odometer 137,000km, car made 2017 forester, Rego 989wwo. However staff insisted the service is for 150,000km which is $740 quote. Not to my understanding. After lengthy clarification, which he wasn’t happy was doing. Told me I can just do standard service for $289 instead of.

Did exactly what I needed done without…
Did exactly what I needed done without over charging.
Morning guy wasn’t very friendly but I get it, no one likes mornings. The afternoon guy was very nice and explained everything that was performed and what further work was needed.
Where is Steve? He was wonderful there.

No complaints
Easy to book. Good customer service. Price reasonable. All problems with car fixed (as expected) including little things like my wipers no longer squeak and I no longer have to turn off istop in my car every time I start it. Yay! No complaints.

Welcome & service was great
No one at waiting room when I returned to pick up car & it wasn’t completed within the time frame requested when placing order online. Wasn’t an issue for me yesterday but on other days it could be. I also didn’t mention any time restrictions when dropping off the car which I would have done if needed
